We went for AYCE crab legs. I ordered my usual pit beef platter kids got their normals. Place is great but this time we had our first encounter. We ordered and about 10 minutes later another table was seated next to us. And about 20 minutes later the table was already recieving their food. We waited an additional 15 minutes for our food to come out although we ordered prior to that table even being seated or in the reasturant. Near the end of our meal I decided to get desert and when I got it it was very dry on first bite and had a odd taste. Long an behold mold on the bottom. This visit alone was just all around shocker. Never recieved any interaction from manager or even our own waitress about the issues we had. Felt very pushed off and no regard for customer experience or satisfaction. Im sure we will go back but it might be a while.

Questionable business model with closure or limited hours on days that statistically show the greatest income potential for the establishments field. Menu is comparable to an ad in the local papers classified section with too many astericks associated with dinner items. Service staff attempts to perform outside of their abilities by not writing down orders which further compounds the kitchens inept ability to prepare food. This then leads to the product you see in the provided photos. Overall a sad experience which was only heightened by an owner who failed to take any responsibility for the situation while lashing out at customers opinions via social media. All in all if a certain cook is not in the kitchen your time, money, and health are better off continuing down the avenue.

Call me petty, but I think a two dollar upsell for ranch and celery for two small pieces of celery is a little much with wings. Could name quite a few places who don't do that around here. Music was loud, servers had a hard time hearing us, and the band had their vocals up so loud you could hardly hear the guitar. Plenty of servers and people behind the scenes cooking, Specials always seem decently priced and delicious. All that said is still a pretty good place

Well, this is not easy...the food taste wise was great. The special had shrimp, crabcake and pit beef...again...you cook the shrimp in a sauce, peel the tail off!!! It is not enjoyable, touching a saucy shrimp, because the tails were not removed, and no wipes neither. If you substitude french fries, with mashed potatoes, they will charge you $3.00 for an add on side, while not serving the french fries..thr staff is confused, assuming because of lack of training, besides reaching over your head, serving food with no silverware, serving mash potatoes and gravy without the gravy, serving the cake for a bithday person to the wrong person etc either way besides that. The staff is super friendly, yes all those missed things ..we just smiled because the staff is that nice....but more to the management, we had a party of 6 with 4 checks.. after a mix up on the bill, food was on the wrong check, the staff told us. That they can split the check only in 2 but not in 4 but there is a MAC machine and for a small fee we could get cash...well sorry not acceptable, you advertise that you accept credit cards well accept them, than they added a 3% surcharge. Well even with 1stData I never paid 3% as a vendor as i accepted Credit Cards, and my contract also stated, that I can not require a min amount, since this would be a violation and I would loose the contract..... last but not least, besides it is very beautiful in the inside, tables are so close togethere that you get constantly bumped and due to the amount the noise level is high, which makes ordering hard. Hopefully they can straighten all out, this is a new place and some learning and try and error mistakes can be expected. Overall. If you in the area please visit them because the food is amazing...last note, the crab and corn fritters were a little on the dark side, however they are wonderful, great...

First and foremost I get it. It’s a Saturday night and you’re busy. However, as a party of seven we arrived at around 5:00 PM. We were promptly seated which was great. From there it was pretty much downhill. It took about 30 minutes for us to even have a drink order taken. At this point the tables surrounding us had cleared out and new guests were seated. At the hour mark those tables had their food while we still waited. We asked the waitress what was happening with our food. She said “I’ll go check” and then we watched her go over to the POS and put our order in because she clearly forgot to.

When I raised concerns about our food still not being out at the 90 minute mark it was blamed on the computer system. Finally at the two hour mark we received half of our food. It took another 20 mins or so for everything to finally come out. When I expressed my disappointment and asked if I could speak to the manager (call me Karen all you want. Two hours of waiting for food is unacceptable) I was told the manager would come over. A woman then came over blaming the kitchen staff (not the computer system) for the time it took for the food to come out. Again expressed my disappointment that now we are getting multiple stories. I was told the owner would come talk to us. This same woman returned five minutes later and said he was offering a free round of drinks and he refused to come talk to us. I was nothing but calm and collected with your staff. I was respectful and was not given the same respect in return. I’m genuinely confused as this place has nothing but great reviews. Surely the owner of this establishment would want to talk to patrons and engage in conversation if there’s a problem but he refused. Can’t say I’ll be coming back even if the food was actually good. This place is now ruined...

Update 10/4/2024: My family came here for supper tonight. I cannot say enough good about this place. First off, the servers are phenomenal. They are courteous and take such great care of their tables and help one another out, as well. Second, the food. Oh my gosh. It's fresh. It's perfectly cooked. It's well seasoned. It can take a little while to come out but it is worth the wait. Tonight's service blew me away. After we were seated, the owner came over and asked if we would mind moving tables because they had a large party coming in and wanted to try to accommodate them. He was very apologetic. It was no big deal to us. We just had our drinks and had only been sitting there for a few mins. We agreed to move. After we were settled at a new table, the owner came back over and apologized again for the inconvenience and offered to give us dessert for the whole table, on them. He was so apologetic. We enjoyed our meal and ended up bringing dessert home (we were too full). He came out to us in the parking lot and thanked us again for being willing to move tables and apologized once again. I have never been treated so well before. This is why people love this place and keep coming back. The owner and everyone who works there cares deeply about the food and the people that they serve. It shows 1000%.

First time here today for a late lunch. I had the chicken breast with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. Hubby had the southern pork chops with baked beans. We shared the pretzel for our appetizer. Everything was delicious! Everyone who works here and interacted with us were super friendly and welcoming. We will...
