Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Robinson Township

The ice cream quality and taste was very good. Location although on a busy road is a bit under the radar. Location is an order at the window style place. In a small plaza with other stores but no other major corporate draws I remember seeing. Bruster's is probably the best known business name in this shopping plaza area .

They do a decent business from what I can tell. I'm sure there are busier times to stop but I haven't seen it super busy, at least the few times I've been here. I stopped here the last time with my mother who wanted a hot fudge sundae. I ordered a small waffle cone with 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream. The quantity was very good! Was a pretty large amount of ice cream for a small. I was glad I ordered this size. Mom's sundae was huge I thought! All in all a nice ice cream...

This place has always help a special place in my family. We always make sure to make a stop once a week. Their handcrafted ice cream combinations and milkshakes are delicious and are always a delight when we get them. The customer service here has and I feel will always be amazing. Since their reopening we have made it a priority to help this business stay. When they first started back up the owner was so interested in helping and even to our suggestions to heart and made sure if they did not have it to make sure someone knows that there is a need. When the flavor of the month (Strawberry Matcha) went out of rotation I was devastated. Bruster’s Robinson not only replied to my Instagram DM almost immediately, they saved the day!!! This Bruster’s location went ABOVE and BEYOND to custom make a whole gallon of the flavor for me. The manager here is such a genuine and kind person, and very passionate about ensuring his customers are happy (which I am). All of the staff are so helpful and very friendly. A little bit farther than other locations, but WORTH THE DRIVE!!!! Would never go to another ice cream shop, this place...
