Peppercini's Pizza — Restaurant in Robinson Township

Edit: The manager of Peppercini’s called me. She actually called twice from the pizza shop and didn’t leave a message. (I was at work.). She called me a third time from an unknown number, but left a message. All calls the same day, while I was working. She also wrote me an email! I am not quite sure how she got my number and email address. She offered store credit in the amount of my order. I responded to the email stating I had no use for the credit. I don’t usually order in food while at work and don’t live in the area. I have no use for $75 credit at that shop.

I first dialed Peppercini’s by phone. I listened to a lengthy recording about someone getting to you as soon as possible and if you order on the web, you get a free order of breadsticks. The phone thing rang many times and I was then hung up on. I called back and listened to the message again, so hung up and ordered online.

Online ordering was easy, for the most part. I wanted to order a small cheese pizza with a tremendous amount of toppings (it was for a coworker). I couldn’t find just a regular cheese pizza, only a gourmet cheese. I thought that must be what she wanted. Ends up she didn’t want the feta. Anyway, toppings are very expensive, so a small needs up being $25.

I paid for the order and left a good tip for delivery. I left delivery instructions. I later received a call from an unknown number and actually answered it. The person simply said, “I’m at the door.” I asked what door. “I don’t speak English.” I asked if this was delivery. “I don’t speak English.” She then hung up on me. I had to walk to another building to try and figure out what is going on. She wasn’t even at the door I had given instructions to go to. She could have just given my order to who knows who! The people who would have answered the correct door, knew to just take the order for me.

My bill for a small pizza, a Buffalo chicken salad, and an appetizer sampler, plus delivery was $76!!! I didn’t even get the free breadsticks that were advertised on...

Peppercini’s Pizza is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The staff at Peppercini’s are incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every customer feels right at home.

The pizza here is simply outstanding. I tried the signature Peppercini’s Special, and it was a culinary delight. The crust was perfectly baked, with a golden, crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior. The toppings were incredibly fresh, and the balance of flavors was spot on. The blend of cheeses, the tangy pepperoncini, and the savory meats created a symphony of taste in every bite.

What also impressed me was the variety on the menu. Whether you're a fan of classic Margherita, a meat lover, or prefer a veggie-loaded pie, there’s something for everyone. The appetizers and salads were also fantastic, particularly the garlic parmesan wings, which were cooked to perfection.

In addition to the amazing food, the service was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty. The ambiance is perfect for both a casual family dinner and a fun night out with friends.

Staff is Terrible. Food is great, we order almost $100 worth of food from Pepperoncinis twice a week for the past 3years. Today Staff was just downright ignorant and disrespectful. If you want to tell them about an order they screwed up themselves, expect being treated like an inconvenience to them. I called back becuz they gave me hot wings when I simply ordered wing dings, and instead of replacing them, he offered to return my money to me instead of the food I ordered. I said I want the wings I ordered. He gave me an attitude Becuz what I asked for was an issue until I told him he can take the wrong wings back in place of the wings I ordered. Talk about cheap & greedy. I was obviously inconveniencing him too much since I complained that they coukdnt make an order right. He said we will send out your 6 wings and you return the 6 wings to the driver. I said that's fine. He still expressed his disgust and said 45 minutes to an hour....for 6 breaded wing dings. As a regular customer, I will be speaking to the owner about his cheap staff, then taking my business elsewhere to those who appreciate...
