Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Rochester

The girl working the drive thru tonight had a horrible attitude. You could tell when she was taking the order at the drive thru. Made a disgusted look once we pulled up and snatched my card. Gave it back, I said thank you, didn’t even say you’re welcome and slammed her window shut. This isn’t the first time the person working the window was rude! A year ago when we moved to Rochester, the staff was so nice here. Now, it just seems like it pains the staff to just have any form of manners. If you don’t want to work, gladly go find another job. Had to wait awhile to order then couldn't understand the young man taking my order, ordered a mushroom and swiss combo and a chilly dog combo and asked to substitute a small blizzard for one drink and a Julius for the other , let him know that I knew that I would have to pay a little more to cover the price difference. Couldn't understand how much it was gonna be but did not expect to be charged $22.00. I didn't get a combo price with the difference in the drink price added, I was charged alacart price for everything. I have done this here before with no problems and he never mentioned anything to me about it. Then it was a good 30minutes to order and receive my order. I will not be going back...

Giving this Dairy Queen one star is still to generous to be honest. Ever since the new GM took over, this Dairy Queen has become the dirtiest place in Rochester. Sadly, the local dump is cleaner. They leave trash all over the floor, sticky tables and floor, the bathrooms look and smell like they haven’t been cleaned since they first opened and the management is very rude and unprofessional. They treat their crew awful and with no respect. The outside of the store looks just as bad as it does on the inside. You have trash all over the parking lot and rusty seats outside to sit on.
