7/1/25 3pm - Ordered 2 Cookie Dough frozen coffees in the drive-thru. Asked if there are any butternut donuts, server stated “No, we’re all out.” Kinda implying there were no donuts at all. Besides the point, we pay & get the drinks. The specialty cookie dough coffees are advertised with whipped cream & sauce on the inside etc etc and there was nothing on/in them. We asked if there was supposed to be and she said “No you have to ask for it separately, it gets charged separately.” Mind you the total for the 2 drinks was $11 & some change, for something that was not made as advertised. Also the servers job to ask whether we would like that or not. We debated on going inside, parked & looked at the stickers on the coffees, they were not even put in as the Cookie Dough Frozen, just medium frozen coffees. We went inside & got refunds. They had quite a few donuts btw, proper thing to do was let us know what options she did have. The drive-thru server was very rude and seemingly lazy. I understand its a messed up industry but get a new job or something if you won’t even begin to try to give customers what they actually ordered & try to take shortcuts around the service you provide. Plus obviously lying to our face & giving half-a** responses. The normal frozen coffee has a whole list of additions in it & we went to the next Dunks 5 minutes down the road, asked for the same exact thing, & got the whipped cream & all that for the same price. This Dunks has failed to provide quality service for years now & I avoid it, always remember why any time I give it a...
Read moreI stopped at 3 DD's on Wednesday looking for a Boston Cream donut. The Somersworth Rt. 108 store, Rochester Main St and the one in Walmart. Every single one of them were out And nicely offered me whatever they had a FEW of... I was told that it's because it was 3pm and the franchise owners cut back on inventory and all 3 locations are owned by the same company. Is this a donut shop? I wouldn't know. It seems more like a drink stop with maybe a couple of options for baked goods or a very light sandwich for a snack. Starbucks keeps more baked goods on inventory than these places. How do they call themselves Dunkin Donuts when they have no donuts to dunk? This has happened way too many times. One time I was told rather curtly that they had NOTHING until the 4am? truck arrives. This was about maybe 10/11 pm. Why were they open?
Franchise owners: please take heed. Your business name is NOT fancy drinks. I should be able to get a decent selection of donuts at ANY time the store is open barring very unusual circumstances. And since Boston Creams seem to be a favorite, why not stock...
Read moreCame in asking for sourdough and snackin bacon. Lady got frustrated with just for asking for sourdough rolled her eyes at me a grunted walked away without understanding my order or cashing me out. Her coworker asked if i been helped yet where the lady snapped saying she already did. Her coworker the girl with pink hair was much nicer and tried to understand what i was asking for and took over cahsing me out. The lady handed me regular bacon and when i told her it wasn’t seasoned she told me it was when the bacon was very obviously not seasoned she got frustrated for me asking her to give me what i ordered. She made me extremely uncomfortable like i was wrong to walk into dunks and order food. That i was apologizing for being a bother to her. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like this. I feel bad for the girl with pink hair having to work with the lady as the lady made it felt very...
