I walked in I ordered two grilled hot dogs, one hot dog meal with fries and one extra hot dog, there was one family sitting in the dining room waiting for their order I finally got their order and about 25 minutes into it I walked up to the counter to inquire about my order the woman in the back prepping the food play me such a terrible attitude as soon as I said that I wanted to cancel my order and talk to a manager all of a sudden my order was ready, the manager did offer to refund my money but since the food was already cooked I said don't worry about it, I understand people are busy and I'm not blaming the young lady at the register it looks like they had a full complement of staff behind the counter maybe next time if it's going to take so long let a customer know there might be a little wait for their food don't just say you have no idea about how long it's going to be about how long it is going to be lesson learned go somewhere else for my hot dogs and fries...

To many she has been the face at the front counter, a friend and a coworker. After a long dedicated career of slinging pizza, making your subs and serving the many, seeing the ups and downs and in and out of the business and being family to many that have worked with her over the years. Read moreWe arrived around 6:00 pm on a Friday evening to be told there was a 75-minute wait if we would be ordering pizza. I’m sorry but that is simply unacceptable. It was not a particular sporting or special event type of evening. If no one says anything about it, how could it be known to address the problem? After 9 months decided to try again at 6pm on a Friday evening and was told there would be 55 minute wait on any dine-in food order, “is that okay?” No! It is unacceptable. We were able to drive across town to a different very busy restaurant, order, sit, and eat in less time than the 55 minute wait. It’s clear that this establishment is so busy that my patronage doesn’t really matter- I get that.
