Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rochester

Abismol. Inedible pizza. The lady manager is possibly the rudest person I've ever encountered, and made racist remarks to my wife as well. I will never go back!

I walked into the restaurant and the first thing I saw was a young employee being berated by the manager. I wouldn't speak to ANYONE the way that the manager was speaking to this kid! The manager didn't pause on my behalf. Once she was finished verbally destroying her employee, she finally shifted her focus to me. Throughout the entire experience I got the feeling that I was extremely unwanted and there was nothing she would rather do less than talking to me at that moment. I informed her that we were vegetarian and we'd like to super supreme but with no meat. She did not recognize my request when I first stated it so I emphasized it again, to which she replied "yep heard you the first time!" very rudely.

When I got home I discovered that the pizza was covered in some sort of ground meat. my wife called the restaurant rather upset. I was listening on the speakerphone when she talked to the same lady manager, who said something along the lines of how she knew that"our kind" doesn't eat pork so they left the pork off "just like you wanted" and refused to give us any refund or...

We were in Rochester visiting family, my son and husband wanted pizza and my daughter and I wanted Applebee’s. We had a late lunch, so it was a little later, I am thinking around 8. My husband called and ordered a pizza, they asked where he was, and then the room #. Never asked for a name or phone #. My daughter and I went to Applebee’s and Target, and they still hadn’t gotten their pizza an hour later. He called and they said they had been there looking for Charmaine, and didn’t have a room #. Where the hell they got Charmaine from, God only knows, they didn’t ask for a name, but he did give them a room number. He was told they could make him another pizza and probably not charge him, well yeah they wouldn’t charge him,but, it would probably about an hour....no thanks! Our son was heartbroken, he had his heart set on pizza, but instead he got a couple corndogs from Kwik Trip 😞 When I got back with his corn dogs, I asked at the front deck if Pizza Hut had been there, she said yes, but they didn’t know where it went, and didn’t even have the hotels phone number right. They asked her if she knew who ordered it! Not Cool Pizza Hut, Not Cool At All...

Ordered dinner for 4 kids and myself at 5:05, the confirmation text said 30-40 min. At 6:05 I called to ask where the pizza was. I was told that it would be the next one to leave the store, they were short staffed and offered me a $15 credit for next time. At 6:20 I received a text saying my order was out for delivery. I live less than 10 minutes from the store. At 7:10 I called again to see what was going on and was told it'd out for delivery and should be there any minute. At 7:40 the pizza finally arrived and though it was soggy and barely warm I had 4 very hungry kids some of which were approaching bedtime, so I fed then. This is the second time in about a month that it took over 2 hours to get our food delivered and we won't be doing that again. The delivery driver was very polite and apologetic as was the woman I spoke to...
