American Deli — Restaurant in Rock Hill

Soooo disappointed. Have been eating at the Cherry rd location every Friday for over a year. Found out there was one on Heckle that was closer, so figured it would be equal in quality... boy was i wrong. I ordered 2 sets of 10 wings only, extra crispy, one wet lemon pepper, one dry. I literally watched the man at the counter sprinkle lemon pepper on the plain wings before he gave them to me. Both sets had multiple wings that were so hard and dried out I couldn't bite. What a waste of $23. Will Never go back to that location. My extra crispy wings from cherry rd come with seasoning Stuck to them, and perfectly crispy, each and every time. Also no honey...

As I waited for my food I heard a loud bang by the doors and watched a drunken employee stumble through the doors, I was utterly shocked and disgusted by the unprofessional and unsafe behavior. This employee, who has not been friendly last time I came here, totally crossed a line with his aggressive attitude. I was left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This is unacceptable behavior for a grown man to act like this in a business he’s supposed to represent. I feel bad for the other employees and customers who had to experience this. I will not be returning to American Deli after experiencing this...

It's sad how they respond to your complaints by we will let the store manager know about this but it still happening another sad part about it is all locations are this I was I tried calling the cherry road location no one picked up got to the store everyone just standing around and don't get me started on the heckle location over all if you look at where there putting there stores at you'll see why there the way they are now I can't wait to see there response to my text and I'm not like anyone else thinking you can say what ever or shall I say a computer generated...
