Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Rock Hill

This Papa John's location on Heckle Boulevard is absolutely the worst operating store. I was running late coming back to my apartment in Rock Hill South Carolina from Lancaster South Carolina. My fiance and daughter we're at home waiting for dinner. I was leaving Lancaster at 7:53 p.m. I called you Papa John's located on Heckle Boulevard in Rock Hill and put in a food order. I explain to them that I was going to drive straight to the Papa John's store and pay them cash andand if they would still deliver the food to the apartment where my fiance and daughter were at. Aubrey was the Papa John's employee that I was speaking with on the phone she had absolutely no listening skills and did not retain any of the information given. I arrived at the Papa John's store on Heckle at 9:05 p.m. I received a phone call as I'm pulling up to the store from my fiance letting me letting me know that Papa John's just arrived and the delivery person was asking for payment. I've been walking the store and I paid the cashier at the Papa John's store he informed me that he send her out 27 minutes ago to deliver my food. First about 3 months my kids were excited about the new shaqaroni pizza so we order 2 of them. Neither of them were like advertised. My son says mom they forgot some pepperoni I said i know. I called they tried to make it right. Nope same thing yet again. I didnt bother to call back. Well about a month ago I ordered a few pizzas online but forgot they dont do thin crust mediums so I called to try to change one to large bc i like thin crust. Well I sat on hold for 15 minutes so when she finally got on the phone I canceled and ordered dominos. So yesterday I get a courtesy call I assume bc i havent ordered in a while, well i was at work so I couldn't answer. I am currently on hold waiting to speak to a manger today to find out why they called. Its been 16 minutes and counting. Needless to say I'm not going to be ordering any pizza any time soon. We orded a pizza from this restaurant today. They had us waiting for well over the aloted time. Which isnt a problem considering we live in the country. So after a while we checked the tracker and noted the delivery driver was sitting stationary for about 20 min or so up the road. So we called in to check on the driver to try and help get them here. Well...they hung up on us. Well after about another 30 min our pizza gets here. When we open it up anout half the topings are on the box. We called the store back and they said it would be another 45 min for a new one. At which point we demanded a a refund which they did agree. This is not the first problem we have had with them. Every tine we order (the only one that delivers here) its always somthing is missing or in this case messed up. I dont recomend...
