Arby's — Restaurant in Rock Hill

I ordered the burger. Which the burger was pretty good to a certain point. When I open the wrapper I noticed my mayonnaise was Dripping. And my lettuce and tomato was also warm. Note you cannot microwave mayonnaise it spoils and can really screw up somebody's stomach like it did me for three and a half days. I also ordered two roast beef sliders and when I walked from the Arby's all the way back to the one 9 truck stop I did not have my two sliders. So I called to let them know I did not receive them and I was told well there's no extra sliders here sitting around so you must have gotten them and I said they are not in my bag maybe you put them in somebody else's bag they gave me an attitude and said if I want them...

Ordered the 2 for $6 and selected the Classic Beef sandwich and Gyro sandwich to go. Got home to find 2 Classic Beef sandwiches. Place had barely anyone in it and the person running the register didn't even know how to operate it. Had to tell the lady several times what I wanted. Called the manager and she told me they were short handed. I told her this wasn't an isolated case. This happened many times before. She told me to come in and I would get another Gyro sandwich. I live 20 minutes from the location. I came in and as she was giving me the sandwich, a person eating inside came to the counter saying they forgot his fries. Arby's always has been a good restaurant the staff at this restaurant are very interesting people. I always get a good service with a good attitude from the people here. I occasionally go out of my way to stop by this location. Just for the darvish from the manager and other staff. It is not as often in these times that you have people that are willing to make an effort time for you to have a good experience whether it be. Dining in or going to the drive through. As long as the good update people are at this location this will be a good place for anyone to stop by.
