I like to start with the positives. The food at this location is always top-notch (except for on the numerous occasions where delivery has taken nearly two hours and the food has arrived cold). I try to be the last person to complain. I understand what it's like to work in the service industry, and all of the headaches that come along with it. I have avoided writing this review on several occasions in favor of being patient and understanding; also, the restaurant management has made efforts in the past to overcome my issues with this location. Today's transaction was the last straw, they have lost my business for the foreseeable future. There have been many instances where the order didn't arrive for nearly (or more than) two hours. On almost every order, they are sure to forget sauces or a drink. It may seem trivial, but the sauces are an important part of the side items, and if I'm paying $1 each for them, I expect to receive what I've paid for. I've even resorted to ordering extra sauces in the hopes that they will catch the additional line items and remember to place them in. It was once suggested by a manager that I call ahead to verify my order so it will go out correctly. THIS IS NOT MY JOB, ITS YOURS! My wife and I order dominos pizza at least once a week, and after tip, our annual total is somewhere in the total of $1500 spent at this location alone. Today's order included bread twists with 1 marinara sauce, and cheesy bread with 2 marinara sauces. The order came in a reasonable time frame, and was prepared well (another positive). I checked the order as soon as I got in the door, and there was only 1 marinara sauce. I went back outside to ask the driver if he had the other two. He checked the stickers from the order, and said I only ordered one. I assured him that I ordered two and offered to show him my app where I had done so. He said "sorry man, they must not have put it in there." I asked him to make sure that I was not charged for those when I got back, and he never offered to return with them. I called the store and got a young lady on the phone. I told her I was calling to request the rest of my order or a refund. Her response: "you just want to talk to the manager then?" with a negative tone. I said "yes please." The manager got on the phone and said "manager speaking," at which point I asked for his name. He paused and reluctantly responded that his name was Hunter, also with a tone indicating that he had no interest in customer service at all. I told him my name and address and asked that either my marinara be brought out to me or my order be refunded. His word-for-word response was "I'll have them come back out with the marinara's, I ain't refunding a whole order over a couple of sauces." I told him that I didn't appreciate the cavalier attitude since this wasn't the first time this has happened, and by the time they got here, part of my order would be cold. I asked if he was the shift manager or store manager, and he identified himself as the store manager. I asked if I could have his supervisor's name. He said his name but identified him as his brother. I then asked if I could have the name of the franchise company, at which time he tried to tell me that it wasn't a franchise and that his uncle owns it, stumbling over his words, "well my uncle owns part of the franchise." I thanked him for sending the marinaras back out, and let him know that his store has lost my business, at which time his said a quick and insincere "thanks" and hung up the phone. An hour passed before the driver showed back up with my items at which time I opened the door, took them out of his hand as he was attempting to provide an excuse, and told him it was more than an hour, and the food was no longer edible; I told him to get off my porch. I don't feel the need to act like a good customer if this location feels no need to treat me like one. I only wish that zero stars was possible, because no amount of halfway-decent food is worth the level of customer service they...

I hate giving people bad reviews but customers need to be aware of how this domino's treats their customers.
i ordered a pizza online and it said it left domino's and was being delivered at 6:14 pm, at 7 pm the online order popped up a message saying "we hope you are enjoying your meal, problem was the pizza guy never showed up so i called domino's. a manager answered and said 'he forgot your order and will be there in about 5 minutes and the pizza is on us. when the driver showed up HE STILL ASKED FOR THE MONEY. A lady picked up when i called domino's back to ask why the driver still asked for the money, the lady put me on hold, a few minutes later a dude picked up the phone and didn't know why i was talking about. ( was the fist lady hiding from customers? its simple, JUST GET A MANAGER. You'll only get yourself in trouble by doing nothing) when i explained the situation to him, he began to talk with someone else then hung up. I called back and explained the situation because its another employee again and that person FINALLY got management on the phone. The manager said "ill credit your account with a free pizza and the driver will return the money. I waited 2 hours and called back at 9:20 pm because neither one happened. The driver never showed up and my account was empty. The person said "two free pizzas were credit to your account" i said "im looking on my account right now, nothing is here" he again said it there.
When the employees and even the managers ignore customers and lie and steal from customers as well, its obvious this place needs to be investigated. Im amazed ^ that even counts as customer service.
EDIT: my order number is #552737 Please fix this nonsense or did i get lied to AGAIN. ps i wont keep quit until this...
Read moreCompletely dissatisfied. I ordered 2 pizzas, marinara sauce and an order of stuffed cheesy bread on Feb 7th 2020 around 11:30 am. The delivery arrived late, cold and incorrect; not to mention simple instructions on the order were not followed. I was not called and given the option to pick up the pizza instead of having a delivery. (usually restaurants will call and offer that option when the pizza will be that late; I worked in the pizza industry for years... I know that's what I would have done as a GM) I first tried reaching out to the actual store only to be placed on hold. I don't like waiting on hold and for fear of losing my cool, I tried reaching out with the Domino's Application Pizza Insurance feature. The app offered me enough points to receive 1 free pizza. It wouldn't be nearly as insulting had I not ordered 2 pizzas, a cup of marinara and an order of stuffed cheesy bread. I even tipped the driver because I'm sure it's not his fault that the pizzas arrived late, cold and wrong. After still feeling dissatisfied with the outcome of using the application to reach out for help, I tried time number 3... using the website. Honestly, waiting for an email back has been just as frustrating as the first two attempts at remedying this endeavor. I have not received an email(yes, I checked my spam folder) and feel like this is being brushed off. Paying close to 30 dollars for cold, incorrect food is practically blasphemy. I wouldn't have written such a harsh review... but, I gave Domino's 3 chances. Next time my office has a craving for pizza, I will know where not to go. Thanks for all of your time, effort...
