I ordered my pizza and it went into quality check at 5:18. Left the store at 5:38. Following the GPS tracker I called the store to say it was heading to the EAST MOLINE address and not my Moline address. They said "Well, if you don't get your food in 20m call back. Unacceptable answer because I told them this is a problem that has happened before. My address was given correctly and they have the correct address but it goes to the wrong one for what ever reason. Then I call back 20m later to say they're still heading out to EMoline... They tell me that its just another order they're delivering. They drive right by my house to go 30m away to drive back 30m to my house? No, I think not. It is now 6:10 and They're still in East Moline. As of now it has been 50m sitting in a heat bag. 6:13 the driver calls me and says they're in East Moline but cant find my house... so I told her I've called the store twice and told them that I knew you were going the wrong way as soon as you left the store and the pin on the tracker showed the house marker in the East Moline. She said that the store did not call her to tell her or to make sure its correct. I've ordered at least 50 times from this account and I have never complained but this is completely unacceptable. The pizza is 20+m from my house and its been an hour from the time it was quality checked. Doubt the quality check matters after sitting for this long. 6:25 and I still don't have my pizza. 6:31 my pizza /sandwich/wings arrived dead cold (Obviously). Quite upset... sadly my kids already had PB&J due to them being very hungry waiting nearly two hours for pizza. Thanks. Read moreNever been to this Dominoes and so the road getting to the actual store is kind of confusing especially since it’s dark out. Anyways, long story short, I had to turn around several times trying to find the entrance or correct road. I am exhausted and finally I just saw a space in the back of the building and wanted to run in and ask a question before placing my order, this guy came out the back door instead of greeting me kindly he said “you need to move that is where the drivers park” which I understand this however I needed to figure out what way to get to the front of the building as there are no signs, so I kindly said I understand this but could you help direct me to how to get to the front and he turned around kept talking to the other person there and then I asked again and he rudely said you need to move your car and had this nasty attitude. First of all it’s just pizza and there is no rush hour. Had it not been so late and I just got off work and am tired I would have driven the extra distance just to have someone kind to speak to. Read moreOrdered online last night and due to our delivery drivers having an attitude I stopped tipping. I personally base it off the delivery time and previous attitudes I have already gotten. This time was completely ridiculous! I have worked food service, I know how the customer is to be treated. So once again took awhile to receive, didn't tip and the driver clear as day said "oh nice! No tip!" and took off. This type of behavior is unacceptable. Me as customer is not required to pay the little child his income! Especially with the way the drivers at this store are treating people. In all honesty this experience has lost this customer. I don't appreciate being treated like that after I worked a long day and simply wanted an easy dinner. Definetly talked to a manager, who didn't seem to care much, said she will have a talk with him, but judging by these reviews they aren't going to do anything!
