Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Rock Island

I used to eat a JJ in North Carolina all the time once or 2x a week - but here on my way to Milan, I see this store and stop in - the first time wasn't so bad, but there was no one in there 2 others maybe? It took over 15 minutes to get my sandwich. I went inside on that visit. The next time, I used the drive thru because it seemed to be faster from watching inside? But no... the 3rd time I went again in the drive thru, and it will be the last - from the time I ordered until I got my order, it was exactly 15 minutes - like they were making orders for people inside and forgot about me. Finally, this guy with the most disgusting set of dirty nasty teeth I ever saw like a horse came to the window with my order, and I sarcastically commented, "that was the slowest freaky fast I ever experienced 😳 " and he replied thanks nd closed the window, like he was proud of it? The food was good as always but the staff there was quite rude. We had just gotten done with a skishow and we went in there to eat and chat. We went in at 8:25pm knowing they closed at 10 tonight. Around 8:45 they started making rude comments loudly like "i wish I could turn off this open off but noo" and by the same guy "I am so board I wish I could go home..."while staring us down and making loud noises to try to get us out. I have never had Jimmy John's before and to be honest will most likely never go back . My daughter & I went for the first time & we did not care for the sandwiches . The kid that took our order was laying his head on the register . Not a friendly place . Prior to leaving I needed to use the restroom. And on the walls was different positions on how a person took a pee . Why is this ok ? If you don't believe me go to the Jimmy John's on Blackhawk Rd .
