Dreamerz — Restaurant in Rock Rapids

I think this place could be great with work a lot of work. My family came and ate here, and all our fries were burned. The server said she even noticed it was burn, yet we still got server them. The bread on my sanwich was falling apart, and there was a chunk of chewy fat in the sandwich. When our server was coming out with orders, they kept calling it by different names that caused them to get mixed up. When one of the older family members started eating it before relizing it was the wrong order, they just handed it to the right person instead of remaking it. It should have been added up to a mistake on their part and remade for customer satisfaction. After this experience, until I hear anything different about this place from a loved one I will not be coming back, but for other people's sake I hope the recieve this comment and work on their food and service. Also when you pass out orders call it what the menu calls it, for example the menu calls it curly fries call it curly fries, because most people will not think of susie cues and curly fries being the same thing when you are reading out the order. It just gets confusing. Also, burnt food is not acceptable to serve...

The food is great! I've been in several times since opening (at least once per meal), gotten something different every time, and enjoyed it all. Staff is friendly, food comes out fairly quick, and they've got a lot of cool little signs. Kid friendly with a small play area and chalk wall and wheelchair accessible bathrooms with a changing station as well. My favorite so far is the Birria Philly Panini and Curly Friez!
