JJ's Drive In — Restaurant in Rock Rapids

Was missing Fried pickles from my order but didn’t find out until I was already back at work with my food. I called and asked to be refunded for just the items I was missing. They insisted I come back and get the food they forgot to put in my bag. I politely declined because at this point my lunch break was over. I again asked to be refunded, they again insisted that I come back another time and get the fried pickles for free. I then told them that I was only in the area for work and unfortunately it was my last day in the area. I was finally promised a refund and told a manager would be calling me to do the refund. Ordered 3 whimpy burgers and fries. Chicken strips and fries. Waited in drive thru for awhile no biggy. Came up to 28 something not sure they didn't give me a receipt. Anyways went back inside because they forgot two fries and was told I could pay for two more. Wouldnt even show me the reciept or order ticket they didn't even look at the order slip themselves to confirm. All 3 just assumed I was wrong. Why would I order 3 burgers and one fry. I ate here twice first time Pre-ordered two 4piece chicken strip meals with onion rings and recived all the chicken strips in one basket and got 2 french fry baskets but they were way over cooked dont understand how you can mess up a simple order second time ate here got chicken strips were still raw and cheese balls were both under cooked then brang back then they were over cooked.
