I just came through the drive through and they are supposed to open at 6 on Wednesday, but the employees didn't arrive until 6:05 and werent ready to take orders until like 6:15. The lady opened the store at 6 and immediately shut the open sign off so that customers wouldn't think they are open (she told me that) and the she was very rude the whole time I was getting my order, she was very short with me and obviously didn't want to be there. I pulled up to the speaker and was not greeted with a hello or a how are you, or a thanks for choosing Pancho's, I pulled up and she said "order whenever". I then pulled around and sat in the drive thru behind a truck waiting for my food for at least 20 minutes before I got to the window and then she opened the window and only said how much my food cost. She only said a number. I handed her my card and then she asked me if I wanted any salsas, I told her I wanted a couple red sauces and she said okay. I then sat waiting for like 5 minutes and she finally gave me my food with only one GREEN sauce. I had to pull around to the speaker again and ask for some red sauce and she said the same then "order whenever" and I said "I just came through and I need some red sauce" and she said "okay fine" and so I pulled up to the window and she opened the window 1/3 of the way and stuck her arm out with the sauce and said "here" with a very rude attitude and then slammed the window shut. I am a restaurant manager and if ANY of my employees acted this way It would result in disciplinary action. I will never return to this restaurant. Please do better. If you don't want to be in a good mood and serve customers at 6am then you need to get a different job or work a different shift. There is no excuse for your employees to treat me this way. I couldn't even ask for her name the second time I came through because she didn't keep the window open long enough for me to say anything. Like I said, I will never return to this restaurant, at least not...
Read moreAfter a 10 hour drive I arrived in Rock Springs excited to try the food here. I had carefully read the reviews and thought the restaurant would be an excellent place to take my 84 year old mother. I have been stationed with the Marines in Japan and have really missed authentic food and the engaging and kind people I had grown to love during my multi year assignments and education in Mexico and Argentina.
I am sad to report the level of hostility and disrespect shown to my mom and me at this location. Despite my quiet efforts to show respect excitement and friendliness, the two staff members seemed upset we were there and eager for us to leave. The level of animosity I felt makes me worry still that the waitress may have spit in our food.
The waitress was unwilling to explain any of the items on the menu or engage in any conversation. I ordered three tacos for me and my mother and two cups for water. While it was clear I was ordering for both me and my mom, the staff refused to provide another plate or cups for water.
While the food was authentic, it was provided with such a level of passive hostility it made it difficult to eat. I was eager to leave and very saddened that the culture I love did not exist at...
Read moreTerrible service. Food was mediocre at best but what really got me is the workers. The girl up front doesn’t make any eye contact while you’re ordering and also doesn’t listen to what your saying. I asked for no tomato or onions on my tacos. Usually I’d pick it off but they came out loaded up. I asked for it to be fixed and the guy literally just took some off and threw way too much guac on it. It was like a guac taco!!! I noticed the onions and tomatoes were still on there and so I asked if they could just take the tacos off and charge me for the sides and she had a big issue with it. Then the cook came out (speaking in Spanish) and said what was wrong. He obviously assumed that I didn’t know Spanish. She told him exactly what I said and he tried to blame it on me for “not telling them” when I clearly said it. I corrected him and moved on with my day. NEVER...
