Hooligans Espresso — Restaurant in Rock Springs

I only put 1 star so I could get the survey out there. These people are not about customer service. I had a drink LOADED with carmel to the point where it was undrinkable! Usually they get it right but an older woman made it whom I've never seen before, I was already at work and clocked in when I realized. I went back the next day and couldn't face the lady because I just didn't want to be rude so I called and they literally said they could remake it but I was going to have to pay. This is terrible. The girl in the phone treated me as if I was just trying to get free coffee. I paid 6.50 and couldn't even drink it. How hard is it to treat your customers kindly. Hooligans has the best infused rebulls! Mermaid water is my boo! They also have bomb hot cocoa that you can get flavored. The chai is pretty good but it's not my fave I ever had, I can tell it's powdered chai which is fine. If you work at hooligans and you're reading this dont be offended, I'm just an Organ Trail Chai junkie. I came here one morning while passing through on I-80. It was fast and standard price with a double drive thru windows ... always ideal because the wait is shorter (well, in theory).
