I ordered my food at 6:20pm to have dinner with my wife around 7 since it was our anniversary and unfortunately we are both working. So I had an opportunity to surprise her with at least getting some good sushi. Around 740 when my wife was supposed to be back at work she called and was told that the driver had just left and order would be there shortly. After waiting another hour while my lot wife had left. I had called again at 8:40 PM the gentleman was very rude Told me that my card was declined I informed him why didn’t you call me back my card is good I’ve been waiting two hours he told me that my card was bad. Anyway worst experience I’ve dealt with in a very long time and will never eat at Chopstix again. They advertised that they delivered so I called and ordered 2 items we've had many times. On the phone they told me they don't deliver anymore but I still ordered and drove to pick up the food. When we opened up the Mongolian Beef there were no discernible onions. The whole dish was a pile of black mush and was unedible. Obviously it had been in a steam table all day. I saved the dish and went to the restaurant the next day when it opened and told the very unfriendly employee the story. He said because I didn't call the night before he couldn't give me a refund, nor a coupon, discount, nothing. It was late when we ate and I wasn't going to drive to the restaurant for a replacement. I was going to get szechuan beef or kung pao something. But I had never seen Orange beef before. Just happened to be a truck driver stuck when they closed the 80 and parked here. I wish this place was in Ogden. The nice girl said it was her family's business. If I happen to come back I will be happy to stop in and try more items. There was a video I saw somewhere of a Asian girl got on tic tok or something and asked people to come try her family's restaurant, cause they were going broke from no customers.
