I came here during lunchtime, there was no Wait time. I ordered a few things and 2 Sprite's. When I got home I realized they didn't give me the chicken nuggets and both Sprite's had no flavor, it was just water with some fizz. I googled the McDonald's phone number and called. The person I spoke with was super nice, she told me I would get my nuggets and some complementary fries. she would also replace my drinks, she gave me her name and took my for my order. I went back to McDonald's and went up to the drive thru window. I told them what I was missing and about the Sprite's not having any flavor. That I had talked to X person the phone. I was told they didn't have X person so a lady name Teresa came to the window. I explained to her what happened, she said she hasn't talked to anyone with complaints. I showed her my receipt, I looked at my phone and realized my mistake. I had called the wrong Macdonald and I told her as much. Teresa said they would take care of it, I got my nuggets and replaced the 2 drinks with 2 new Sprite's. She wasn't that friendly though. Before I left I tried the sprite and they both had no flavor, it tasted like water with fizz. I went back to the window and told the lady at the register that my new drinks had no flavor. I was able to get a different drink. I asked the employee if someone could try the sprite because it didn't have any flavor. She didn't do it, she just gave me my 2 new drinks and told me to have a nice day. I gave her back the 2 Sprite's I had so she could dispose of them and left. I know we didn't imagine the flavorless Sprite. I'm not sure how the pop dispenser works, maybe it ran out of flavor 🤔🤷♀️. Apparently no one else had complained about it. Read moreI was there just about over an hour ago and the lady on the headset in the drive thru is the rudest McDonald’s worker I have met and I don’t say this lightly I met a lot of nasty ones but she’s takes the cake , she shouldn’t even have a job and I’m definitely reporting her to corporate. I went there with my brother and at first the lady said go ahead with your order then before he talk she saids hold on a second then a couple minutes later she comes back and tells us I can’t take your order right now it will be about 10 minutes, then my brother ask why are the machines down ? Then she’s barks back I dont have to tell you why it’s none of your business , all you need to know it’s gonna 10 minutes before I take your order very rudely for no reason and my brother ask but I’m just curious as of why we have to wait 10 minutes for you to take our order because she took the 2 cars ahead orders no problem, then she raises her voice like was annoyed he asked the question and said I already told you I don’t have to tell you why and that it’s none of your concern so we ended up driving away I’m still shocked how rude she was for absolutely no reason and they weren’t busy they had 3 cars total in the drive thru when we left including the 2 cars we were behind initially. Someone really needs to fire that person because obviously they don’t care about there job if they’re talking to customers like that. I went to the bathroom there was no toilet paper in the bathroom was just completely disgusting. The manager running the night shift I asked her if they were hiring she said yeah. She tried to tell me a vanilla shake cost more than a frappe. I ordered a frappe through the app and they were out of anything frappe wise. So she offered me a vanilla shake. Mind you this was for my granny this frappe. I asked her if I can have the difference back because the vanilla shake is cheaper than the frappe she gave me the vanilla shake would not give me a refund and told me I had to take the shake or I'm not getting a refund. The Fry's we're cold. This manager ignored me after I confronted her and said the vanilla shake cost less than the frappe and I would like to difference back refunded. Due to them being out of everything Hi-C, front page and a few other beverages. She ignored me as if I was not a customer.
