I went to Popeyes Sunday morning and the manager was rude! I told her I was there for a pick up order she shut the window and left me sitting for 15 min! I got out and knocked on the window cuz I didn’t know what was going on! She finally comes back to the window and tells me they don’t have boneless wings so I asked if I could substitute them she said yes and shut the window again! She came back awhile later and hands me my bag of food! Before I could tell her that I still have not gotten my drink the window closed again! So I get back out of the car and go back to the window to tell her that I would like my drink! She finally brings me my drink and she has an attitude! So tonight my son and I try again at Popeyes we ordered the 24 boneless meal deal and lo and behold it is the same lady! She comes to the window to tell me the total and I hand her my bank card she hands it back and says oops I forgot to tell you we need cash only! I say no problem and pull out cash, I hand it to her then she brings the food I tell my son to check the bag and my sides are missing so I pull back again and ask for the sides and she has an attitude again so after these experiences at Popeyes on auburn st I will drive elsewhere! I understand people have bad days but to continually treating your customers like this...
Read moreFor having a dual drive thru, the staff is not equipped to handle it. I drove 30 minutes after ordering my order of $47 online. I went to the right speaker for the obvious reasons to be handed my food instead of reaching through the car. I was told at the speaker to drive back around and go in the other lane. Keep in mind I had to wait for the car in front of me before I could go around the the building. When I finally got to the other side there was another car in front of me. At this time I have now been in the drive thru for 15 minutes. After that car pulls off, I was then asked if the order was for me. I waited another 20 minutes before I got my food. As I waited for my food they continued to take orders and push them through the other drive thru lane. Since when are the orders not completed in the order they came and does it really take 30 minutes to fry some chicken. When I finally got my food, they handed me a lemonade with the lid coming off, forgot my sauces and gave me a ripped bag. After checking my food, the boxes with chicken were soaked with grease. Every time I visit around the same time, I am told by the same employee that "the system is down" and that they cannot prepare my order I already paid for on the app . This seems to be a recurring pattern that only occurs when this particular employee is working. This has happened at least 4 times possibly more I frequently eat Popeyes and this happens . It feels as though this individual is intentionally avoiding service, as this issue never occurs at other times of the day. This repeated inconvenience is frustrating and makes me feel that my time and patronage are not valued. I'm requesting that this issue be investigated and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure it does not continue.
