You burned the pizzas last night.
Your cook in your kitchen burned the pizzas... as I normally go in there to buy 3 slices of sausage pizza... the employee claimed that since they've had a shortage in ingredients; that it was a corporate/command decision to ration the ingredients or 'toppings' for their pizza recipes... all without adjusting or compensating for cooking time... as is a matter of basic physics & common sense - the lesser the ingredients or 'toppings' as added to any given volume of pizza... the shorter the baking/cooking time there will need to be adjusted/compensated for in order to achieve the same consistent & desired results for an acceptable level of quality.
As anyone knows, who makes pizza & especially those who eats pizza... that a golden-brown top layer of mozzarella cheese is indicative to a perfectly baked/cooked pizza pie... yet, a top layer of mozzarella cheese on a pizza pie that has dark-brown spots on it is indicative of either an incorrectly set oven temperature or a baking/cooking time that is too long & unless those variables are adjusted or compensated for, the same consistent results of burnt pizzas will continue - unless the original formulation is returned, with the specified ratios of ingredients given the baking/cooking time & set oven temperature.
With this said, I really don't know when I'll be returning to buy anymore slices of pizza... that is especially when there's corporate 'bean-counters' in accounting, of whom now think they're experts & connoisseurs in making the perfect pizza pie that customers such as me are only interested in buying.
Additionally, it was also told to me that Casey's General Store disposes of their unsold food - when it would be a gesture of generosity to donate any unused/unsold inventories of cooked/baked goods to charities (such as the Salvation Army, the Rescue Mission, or the Veteran's Drop-In Center) so such things don't get disposed of & end up in a landfill near you.
It was also communicated to me that it was a 'corporate decision' & that they're obtuse or uncaring of their wasteful business practices.
Because of this, it is of my own personal decision to discontinue my commercial activities with the likes of Casey's General Store, as this sequence of careless events more or less disgusts me.
I shall take my business elsewhere from hereon out.
It was nice...
Read moreI came here to get gas earlier , when it was my turn in line to pay for the gas I told the lady at the register 20$ on pump 10 and when I go out to pump the gas it wasn’t working so I go in to inform the lady the pump wasn’t working and she proceeded to tell me that I told her pump 9 not 10 and I assured her I told her 10, she still argued with me that i told her pump 9 after arguing with me for another 3 minutes she finally switched it over to pump 10 (which only took 5 seconds to do) lol, then when I thought that was the end of the argument as I’m getting ready to walk out the door she brings it up again that I told her pump 9 and I was wrong I choose to ignore her instead of having an another argument as I was very annoyed already. We all have misunderstandings it happens but you don’t need to be rude about it especially when you’re in the wrong. I kind of see why this place don’t have the best ratings especially when you have a worker who has an attitude like that. I’m never coming...
