I was super excited to try this truck because i have been on the search for good tamales for the last year, today i went and got a dozen green chicken tamales, first look they look delicious, i was kind of sad they were a bit dry and its more masa than chicken but they have the potential to be great tamales i understand with food prices rising 24$ a dozen is reasonable my only issue is they need a bit more filling and they were a bit dry i feel like they had no green sauce. All in all i give them a 5/10 for the tamales 10/10 for customer sevice and the vibes were 10/10 i will be back to try again soon and hopefully my tamales search will come to an end. While they were warm and looked appetizing, they were mostly dough with very little chicken or sauce, resulting in a very dry texture.
Update- While it's a food truck, it is still considered a small restaurant, and the experience should reflect that standard. Unfortunately, I visited twice and had the same disappointing experience both times.
