Little Caesars — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I swear I love this place but they hate me here lol. I'll come here to pick up pizza for myself or an Uber eats order and I swear it takes 15 to 20 minutes just to grab the attention of the counter worker to ask about my order. Like today was a perfect example.. I went in and was just going to ask if she had my order ready and she would not let me speak until getting the next person in line[s] order. And by the time she served thenm, she had already helped 5 more people before asking what I needed. She still didn't ask. She then helps the guy that cut in front of me lol... I'm starting to think I'm invisible... I put my phone up in the air saying "hey I'm next' and again, she gave me the" hold on a minute" finger... so there's no "line" persay... let's just let me wait there 20 minutes when I can see my Uber order in the warmer... no tip was given for that order by the way.... very dissatisfied and dissapointed really because THEY HAVE GREAT DAMN PIZZA. But their customer service sucks to be honest and I feel like they need another person up front at the counter so they can better help customers AT LEAST that can be coming in AND getting a pick up, then being able to leave quickly.

Horrible Service!!

The company idea of walk in and walk out somehow misses the people that work here. I asked for 2 sausage and cheese and an italian cheesy bread. They weren't ready. Ok. I will wait. I waited, went next door and shopped, came back and my order was still not ready. I waited still. The server called everyone that had come in after me and my order was still not ready. And she handed out the last 2 sausage and cheese that I had been waiting on. I politely asked what was the hold up, and they say it was the italian cheesy bread. It got burned twice!! Even still, im like okay just give me the pizza. But now there is no more sausage and cheese, and I have to wait longer. By now it has been about 40 minutes that ive been waiting. The manager refunds me my whole order instead of just the cheesy bread, and now wants to charge my card again. I was so pissed by the time I left out of there I left my pizzas on the counter!! The worst sevice ever!! And then told me I was rude and...

I don't know who they have running the 11th Street location and who trained these people but a hot and ready pizza is supposed to be between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. when I try to order a pepperoni thin crust pizza before that time I have to wait 15 minutes during the day and they tell me that I'll come back during the hours of 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. it'll be ready I just spent almost 30 minutes at 6:31 I placed my order for a Hot-N-Ready pepperoni thin crust pizza another gentleman came in 10 minutes after me and ordered a special Pizza got his first before I got mine then they got rude with me when I said something to them I'm agitated I'm angry I'm tired I've been at work 14 hours today she didn't want to hear she didn't want to listen she told me basically to shut my mouth I was getting my money back I will never ever go to...
