Just left there and 1 star is too much. First thing i noticed was they ask if your using the app. To which i replied "nope" and they yelled back at me super loud in a mocking voice "Nope!" The two ladies at the window should be fired. Absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever. She opened the window and I was still counting my money and she goes "oh hell naw" and walked away. The other lady come to the window and stood there and when I smiled she rolled her eyes and walked away. Then the first one came back and took my money and handed me my drink to which I said thank you and she just closed the window and started talking to her friend. Then she handed me my food without saying a word and as I was saying have a good night she just closed the window and turned her back on me. Super unprofessional. If I acted like that to customers at my job I'd be fired instantly. Absolutely uncalled for behavior. They were rude. They knew it and could care less. Rude to a customer for absolutely no reason even when I went out of my way to be cordial. This is the way they act everytime I go there. Like I'm bothering them. You're there to work try acting like it. It was 10/14/24 @ 12:01am. Order e9c181. Cashiers name was Jamie and trust me she's not going to learn work etiquette any time in the near future. If your life sucks that bad just stay home. I sincerely hope a manager watches the tapes and gets in contact with me. Read moreI'm not sure what's going on lately but this location has gone downhill. I normally have not had any problems, but it feels like lately there's some problem with my order and I'm honestly tired of paying for something and not get it. Let me explain. The first few times there was something forgotten in my order and I didn't realize it until I got home. Because of how late it was I didn't go back until the next day to which I was told, "There was nothing that could be done since I didn't come back right away." Me being the passive person I am I was like. Okay no worries. It wasn't expensive items and they're only human. Then they started having issues with their Mobil order app on their end. Twice I had to order at the intercom. The first time they didn't do anything for the inconvenience. And it was an inconvenience because one, it cost me more money, and two because some items are online only so I couldn't even get them. The second time they gave me some coupons for free tacos and or a crunch wrap. Which I am grateful for. And now tonight we went and the girl didn't mention at any point that they were out of certain sizes or anything. It wasn't until it was brought up that she said they were out of larges. Which again, would not have been a problem had something been offered or I was at least told. Nor would I have minded if it wasn't for the fact that I had to pay for a size upgrade. Read moreI placed a simple order in spite of others I know who've been to this particular location. They call it Taco Hell and I understand. Simple order was placed for the $9 luxe box and a few other things. First they were so rude over the speaker as if they were being bothered . I paid it no mind.Sarcasms was on high hit me with a few mhm and nopes as I asked about items they were out of so they said.I still was nice cause they're fixing food of course. Got to the window I had to wait and my food was still DISGUSTING!!! Food was piled in the box with no care. But I still smiled and said thank you to deaf ears. Got home a few minutes away. Cold meat the lil they gave me,cracked chips and shells,packs of stuck together sauce.
