Would have loved to enjoy my experience today at this establishment. I saw the reviews and was passing through wnated to give a small business a chance instead of a fast food chain. The place looked great came in and was sat down. After only a few minutes later the server came to ask for our drinks and if we we ready to order as we werenât and had to even ask what the drinks were as we hadnât gotten to see the options yet. So she said she would give us a few minutes yet ten minutes passed and we hadnât seen her on the floor. We had to ask a fellow server for her and she came out to get our order. Already not a great impression with the service. We wait and already knew one of our order would take 25+ minutes. During this duration she checked on us once and we were waiting for a refill and we asked once we saw her again about 15 minutes after we ordered. She proceeded to take the drink to the back and stay there for another 5 minutes. It wasnât till she went to go around from the host desk thru the dinning room to the back kitchen as we tried to get her attention to remind her she remembered to bring it but only a few minutes later with someone elseâs order she went to drop off first. Our food was dropped off about 10 minutes after that and really enjoyed everything we ordered. However it was the bad taste of the last interaction that led me to this review. She checked in a final time to ask if we liked the food and if we wanted the check. We noticed there was a nicer tone when talking to the table next to us and as she dropped off the check with the card she handed it to them yet placed ours on the table despite our hand being out and walked away. It was the little things we noticed from the behavior Lily J gave to us was different than the other tables even do we believe that table was given better service as they were doing a review. As we were walking out we went to try and find someone at the front however no one was there and we saw the employees sitting on the counter most likely were our food is handled(which we have pictured).    Read moreWe always have a great experience when we go to Marcianoâs. But tonight we ordered a 16 inch pizza and theyâre famous breadsticks. We were served the wrong pizza and never got our bread sticks. (No fault of the server, kitchen got it wrong.)Then was given the bill, thought it was a little too high for one pizza. Got a itemized bill and realized they charge me for the breadsticks that we never received. I gave our server two gift cards to pay the bill because we didnât know the balance of either card and he brought back one and told me there was only a $4 and some change left on the card balance that he handed me, when in reality after having the Manager run the gift cards to correct the bill, he gave me back both cards and I told me we had a large balance on both cards after paying for the pizza? We at one time weâre the only 2 people in the restaurant. So if I learned anything about this experience is if you use a gift card make sure you have them give the card or cards back to you. Run the gift card at the register before you leave the restaurant so you know what the balance is on the card. Donât take their word for it and they wonât over charge you like they were going to do to us. We would have been out around $75 for this mistake.    Read moreOnce a year when I visit from Arizona we stop to eat here. Have always had great pizza and service until this last visit 3 weeks ago. Restaurant hours said open until 9:00pm on Friday night. Our group of 4 walked in at 7:40pm. The group of 4 employees standing behind the cash register did not seem happy to see us but reluctantly one of them seated us. We were hungry and ready to order right away as we had just gotten off our flight. 10 minutes passed and our pregnant waitress walked up and said âwhen did you get here?â Then she left. She came back in about 5 minutes and said âIf you want to eat I need to place your order now or forget about itâ. We were very surprised at that greeting and decided that we should just leave. Honestly, concerned about what they may have done to our food if we had stayed. So disappointing. I really hope that the owners consider addressing this or Iâm afraid that this restaurant will not survive this type of disrespect, driving their customers away.
