Burger King — Restaurant in Rockford Township

BK always has good food. Congratulations to those who apparently haven't eaten BK before and gave more than 3 stars to this place because of the food. It's supposed to be "Have it your way, you rule." The service is atrocious. You can barely get out your combo number before they're asking "what to drink?" Even if you have special requests, they're going to say "what to drink" again and not acknowledge anything else you said. They rush you in the drive thru, seriously have your order memorized and ready because they will not wait to ring you up so you can wait for them at the window to ignore you until they take your money or hand you your order. Whoever takes orders is not the person you see at the window. In fact, the person at the window didn't seem to know what was ordered at all. They put zesty sauce on the screen and never in the bag. I asked that they duplicate an order (fastest ordering on the west side!) and they got the 2nd order wrong. If you give them the same attitude back that they give you, expect to wait longer! It may be best to go inside, there's never a wait and likely if you get loud with the cashier at least the manager can hear it and maybe step in. Was a good choice to stop and get me a big snack so I pulled in. While In drive threw I noticed how fast the line moved. I got the mix and match for $6 . A fish sandwich🐟 and a spicy chicken sandwich🍔. I always get sauce, yes I'm a dipper lol. Well I totally enjoyed the big snack as you can see in the pictures. They have a big parking lot and a bike rack. I noticed wheelchair accessible here . I know that they normally have public restrooms but with the virus, only drive threw is running. The person that was on the window working was very nice. Did sanitize hands before and after touching my car and bag .I'm impressed for sure. Atmosphere was well, drive threw. Lol. Very poor stood at the counter for 8 minutes before the lady even acknowledge that I was even there and then when I ordered I got two double cheeseburgers two of the original chicken sandwiches two fries and a 10-piece nugget when I got home to eat I got two regular cheeseburgers and there was no nuggets it really stressed me out I mean what was I supposed to say I was already home my daughter was hungry but her nuggets weren't there and the fries were cold I only live point seven miles away from this burger king this is just unacceptable I don't understand how this place is still open with the poor service someone needs to check these people out I'm sorry I don't know how many complaints you have but please send a secret shopper send somebody do something I love Burger King I just can't deal with...
