Not impressed.
My childs school was doing a fundraiser where 20% of the sales went back to the school.
Our 1st and last time dinning or eating here in general.
I showed the waitress the paper from the school and she immediately said I can tell.. like I'm not sure what that ment but it just went down hill from there.
The waitress just did not want to serve us and had a attitude the entire time and came to our table as little as she could, I tried to flag her down to get a fork for my daughter and napkins and she rudly brushed me off, she did finally bring a fork but no napkins.
The food just was not good, something was off about the sauce, the chicken was like rubber it was just not worth it overall. My husband got the tour of Italy the best thing was the lasagna, I got the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti, my husband had the same problem with his chicken. The sauce tasted like a pizza sauce not a pasta sauce.
Even the dessert we ordered wasn't good, also she brought us the check without asking if we were done and I asked about dessert and she was like o yeah that's right the youngest gets it with her meal and I told her we wanted to order some and she acted like it was to much, we did all get ice cream but I've had better from a grocery store.
I'd say you can get better "italian food" from olive garden and that's a shame.
Also way over priced. For a family of 4 with 1 kids meal 3 adult meals and 2 sodas and 3 ice creams total was...
Read moreI'd always heard their fried cod was very good. Well, tonight I had it delivered. When I opened the styrofoam carton it was full of grease. A piece actually broke apart when picking it up because it was so soggy. To heat it up I put it in my air fryer hoping it would get crispy again. 10 minutes in the air fryer is a very long time to heat something! It was still soggy! When I bit into a piece it was a disgusting mix of fish & oil. Slimey! Slid right off my fork! It's as if they removed it from the deep fryer & threw it into the carton without first draining it. Of course, the fries were swimming in grease, too. I called the manager to tell her my experience but was met with an "attitude". It was as if she didn't believe me. She did offer to make me a new meal, however, due to this meal I have completely lost my appetite & it went in the trash! Not even going to give it to my dog. What a complete disappointment & a waste of money! What is going on with this place? We ordered takeout a few weeks ago and it wasn't as good as it used to be. The food used to be superb but now schifoso. Might want to also brush up on your customer...

Atmosphere- modern and pleasing. Tables for 2 are very compact. Made us feel a bit claustrophobic.
Service- our server seemed bothered to be working. First smile came when she dropped off the bill. Never asked if we needed additional drinks (when both a water and wine were empty). There was a very pleasant and welcoming woman at the hostess table though.
Food- biggest let down of all. Started with bruschetta- the only highlight. It could have used a balsamic glaze, but still was flavorful. I enjoyed it. Friend had the Italian beef bowl. She was incredibly let down saying there was zero flavor in the meat and au jus. I had the chicken marsala. It was borderline inedible. The chicken had a light breading and it was topped with a gelatinous-looking sauce. I ate maybe 1/4 of the dish even after scraping the jelly-like sauce and breading off the chicken. The remaining sauce was very sweet. Too sweet. I ate a few of the noodles and mushrooms. $20 wasted. I did not take any left overs home.
Will not go to again. Would...
