Rockland House of Pizza — Restaurant in Rockland

Very nice people here. My daughter wacked her mouth on the counter (her own fault) and they were exceedingly nice about her screaming bloody murder in the place. A warm gesture made her feel better. On top of that, the pizza we had was loaded with toppings and delicious. If I wasn't so picky and biased towards NY style pizza this place would have 5 stars. The price was right too. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys!!!

*Update...Pizza is ok but there's no way you should wait well over an hour for a pizza that is 2 miles away on a Tuesday. I get, you get busy. You can be short handed. Then give accurate delivery times so we can be sure that's our dinner option. Or let us know if we pick it up it'll be MUCH sooner. I would've driven the 2 miles myself. But at the end of a 12 hour work day, if they say 45 minutes and you budget that time but it never comes, that suck. OR when we called to check after an hour...that's your second chance to...

TERRIBLE. I've ordered once before and food was very good. Ordered a second time and the female who took the order kept interrupting me to speak to other people. I had to place my order and go over it again as she was too busy to get my order correct. Delivery was well over an hour and when it finally arrived they forgot my 2 liter bottle of soda and promised to being back but NEVER did. I even tipped him $5. The calzone had a sauce in a container thrown in and not only melted the plastic lid but spilled out. The onion rings were tossed in a styrofoam container and melted holes throughout the container. AND the sub made me sick only to find out they left PAPER on every piece of cheese that was in the sub! Granted 1st time food was good but 2nd time so bad and obviously extremely careless with their food preparation not caring about ingesting paper or melted plastic that they lost 2...

I am not sure what the problem is with the people that do these reviews but this is your everyday greek pizza. A 4.7 for this place?! That means this should be some of the best pizza in the country. It is equivalent to a 94 out of 100. People sure do have low standards these days! This is the same pizza that you can get on every corner in Massachusetts. Greek style with a cheap flaky crust, barely any sauce, and that chewy stringy cheese that is actually decent, but overall this is not a good pizza! I can only assume that the majority of the reviews on these places are plants and actually are not real! Can anyone please tell me where to get a good pizza in this state? So far I literally am down to one place, Fire and Stone in Duxbury. Aside from that it is all garbage! I am tired of wasting money on...
