I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at a local Dunkin' Donuts at 3710 S Fiske Blvd, Rockledge, FL, and I can't help but share my delightful encounter with an exceptional service associate.
From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by Tomika. Their friendly demeanor instantly set a positive tone for my visit, and it only got better from there.
What truly stood out was Tomika's unwavering commitment to going above and beyond. Not only did they take my order promptly and accurately, but they also made sure to ask about my preferences, ensuring my coffee and donuts were prepared exactly to my liking. Read moreOkay I just spent 25 minutes in the drive thru, time I can never get back. Late for work too! It started with the rudest employee while ordering. I asked what type of munchkins they had today, she said, "Pumpkin, chocolate, & blueberry." I just wanted to double check so I asked if they had glazed munchkins. The employee very rudely just repeated herself and said, "Pumpkin, chocolate, & blueberry." I would expect, no ma'am we're out of glazed, or, sorry we don’t make glazed munchkins… instead of being spoken to so rudely. Then I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line with no escape. And guess what? I FINALLY got to the window… did I get the munchkins I ordered? NO, I did not get what I ordered… and of course I didn't check until I drove away. This is my fault. This is one of the world's most basic jobs, put four munchkins in a bag and hand it out the window to the person who ordered it... why is this so difficult? This place consistently gets poor reviews. Who is the owner of this place? Don't you have any pride in your business by wanting to make your restaurant a beacon in the community? I get that everyone is short on employees but that is absolutely no excuse for rudeness and getting a basic order wrong. I think everyone tries to have a little extra patience these days, however, in my humble opinion, this is unacceptable. Read moreThis is my third and last time at this location. The most unprofessional employees I may have ever encountered. I go to dunkin every single day of the week. I live out of town but work in Viera 3 days a week. I tried this location when it first opened...630 AM, no one in line, almost 10 minuets until someone took my coffee only order. When I got to the window the cashier seemed inconvenienced I was there. Thought it might be short staffed, possibly a fluke. Nope. Second time, a few months later, I waited so long, no one ever answered. I drove off. This time was 1215. When taking my order she just said "okay." No total, no direction to pull to the window, nothing. There were an employee's young children running around inside. Okay, it's a holiday, no childcare, whatever. The girl who cooked my food said "Damn, why so many people ordering food right now!" The cashier tried to give me a free donut for my troubles while the car in front of me was waiting for thier food, I did not accept but that is the only reason I gave it a 2 star instead of one. The car behind me ordered 3 of an item the girl preparing said they only had two of. When asked if there were any in the back she said "well, the other girl didn't replenish her station so we only have two." With these reviews, how is this location...
