Wings Plus — Restaurant in Rockmart

Not sure why I waited so long. This place is awesome! If you are visiting, eat here. If you are a local, eat here. I'll start with the little negative I have, then move on. I had the shrimp po boy and it is absolutely not their fault I ended up with Bohimiam Rhapsody on repeat in my head, "I'm just a po boy from a po family." They did create neither the name of the sandwich not the song. At least I doubt if they had a hand in writing the song. I can't imagine that they would own a restaurant in Rockmart Georgia if they had helped write for Queen. My wife wasn't crazy that her sandwich came on white bread instead of a bun, but she's not writing this review. That does lead me to the only actual negative that I have though. Item descriptions. If the chicken tender sandwich had said "Perfectly prepared chicken tenders on white bread, served with lettuce and tomato," or something similar, she wouldn't have ordered it. She would have browsed further and make a different selection. There are many ways to serve most of the menu options and not everyone wants to ask questions before ordering. That's my only complaint, and it's minor. Add descriptions to the menus. The shrimp po boy was delicious. The fries were perfectly prepared. The hush puppies were amazing. The loaded fries were off the chain (is that too dated?). Surprised by the chicken on the loaded fries. Again, didn't know what to expect on them. "Loaded" can mean many things and none of my guesses would have included chicken. My son loved the BBQ wings. And, other than the white bread, which fell apart, my wife liked her food. I look forward to trying many different menu ptions from here in the near future and finding my favorite among many great options. Do yourself a favor...

Should have made this review last week, but anyhow. We are 45 minutes away from this place, but wanted to give it a try. I love wings and this place did not disappoint. The gentleman that was working (I think he’s the owner) greeted my wife, myself, and five kids and immediately asked us how he could help with the order and made some suggestions. We ordered and drinks were delivered immediately and the food was dropped (wings and fries) A little white later we all got our food from him and another lady from the back. It was all correct and tasted fantastic! I love crispier wings that are sauced up right! The restaurant was clean and not crowded one bit. Everyone was nice, even the other guests that came in and out. This place is a gem in small town Georgia. Keep up the good work and may...

I really wanted to rate this place five stars. The outside isn't much to look at, but the inside is nice and clean.

While the food was really fresh, my wife's garlic-parm wings were mostly just powdered parmesan. But mine on the chicken and waffles were crispy and juicy...fresh and hot.

All the food was super fresh and hot. The biggest problem was timing. The kitchen was super slow and we were only the third table in on Friday. All to-go orders seemed to take precedent. Three of them coming and going before we got our food...at least one of which was placed after we placed our order.

The service was awesome. There's a really nice man walking around at the place keeping drinks refilled which was a good thing.
