El Coyote – Rockmart, GA If I could give El Coyote ten stars, I would! ⭐️ The food is always fresh and delicious, the people are friendly, and the service is top-notch. German has always run a quality place no matter where he goes, and it shows here. The restaurant is big, spotless, and welcoming—and you can tell he truly supports the community. Beyond the amazing meals, El Coyote is packed with fun! Trivia on Wednesdays is a blast, and Bingo on Mondays keeps everyone smiling. The inflatables for the kids and the live music make it a perfect spot for the whole family. Whether you’re here for a quick bite, a family night out, or an evening of entertainment, El Coyote is the place to be in Rockmart!

The only thing that was even close to being good was the tomatillo salsa. Chips were burnt. Tried the street tacos, queso birra taco, tamales, & quesadilla, would not eat any of these things again. This photo is their version of queso birra taco this is exactly how it came to the table and it was so soggy you could not pick it up. If you good Mexican and authentic birra tacos go to Monarca behind Triangle (birra only served on the weekends.)

I love the food at El Coyote and the staff is always very friendly. On my most recent visit, I noticed that the wait staff was lacking and did not come around so much. Thankfully, this is not a usual occurrence. Everything that I have tried has been delicious and an appropriate serving. I would recommend anyone to try El Coyote. I do wish they had their buffet more often!

So, rolled in here , they were pretty busy. Waited thirty minutes to get seated. Waitress took our drink order and I had a margarita in my hand in what seemed like 4 seconds and it was good. I thought we were going to have a great experience. Well it went downhill from there. It wasn't until the end of that margarita that our food order was taken. Ordered second margarita ( like I said, it was good) second margarita shows up, glass is warm and absolutely zero salt on my glass. The salt is important folks. To me anyway. It was ten minutes in before I could get our waitress to bring another glass with some salt on it and transfer margarita. About thirty minutes later, SOME food shows up. My wife got her rice, but not the burrito that goes with the rice. Another one of us five got their food. A couple minutes later a table that sat after us got their food. My wife still only has rice. We over heard the other table returning a burrito that was supposed to be chicken. Well, this is probably my wife's burrito being returned. I am on margarita number three. It has been nearly 40 minutes since food order was taken. My wife's drink is empty and no more food has come. Her rice is cold. So she has had enough, she's off to find someone. Manager comes back with waitress. She tries to defend herself and he shuts her down, a little rudely, but whatever. Anyway, about ten more minutes our food shows up and I am immediately disgusted. I ordered a burrito and enchilada combo. The enchilada was shocking. What is this??? It isn't wrapped, just folded over and absolutely drowned in what looks like brown gravy, not the red sauce as I'm used to seeing. More complaining commences. Guy comes over and says just taste it. Ok, whatever I drowned it in the hot sauce I was finally able to get and whatever. The guacamole was good also, but could I have more than one avacados worth please. So, service was terrible, the food, not impressive, really don't like the enchilada sauce. But margaritas are good. But they are also good over at tequila Mexican beside Walmart. Haven't tried the new place that was nopal, but might next time. Up in the air if I will return to coyote. Lots of...

Food was great, host was friendly, waitress was terrible. Wasn't looking to spend to much money on myself but I let my son and wife splurge on whatever they wanted. I Ordered the Chicken Nachos for $6.9. Waitress took my order and asked if I wanted the chicken grilled or shredded. I choose grilled. Food was great receipt came and I noticed I was charged for Fajita Nachos $12 or so. I asked if she could correct the error. She came back stating it wasn't an error. Exhausted, I thought maybe I made a mistake in ordering so I gave her my debit card to pay for the order. Still curious I proceeded to the cashier counter and asked to see the menu. There it was Chicken Nachos that was clearly listed at $6.9. The Waitress walked up to me and I showed her this is what I ordered. She told me " No, you said you wanted Chicken Fajita Nachos." Clearly she was trying to make herself look better in front of the cashier. Again, food was great, host was great just a very bad first experience with the Waitress. Be careful and take pictures of the menu when you order and compare to the...

I was very excited to try this authentic Mexican restaurant in my neighborhood for Cinco De Mayo and the anniversary of my engagement to my husband. Sadly, this establishment was an utter disappointment. We had a 25 min wait, which was fine for the evening. Once we were seated, this is when the problems began. The table was not clean when we sat down and we finished cleaning it ourselves. It took quite a while for a server to come to our table. We ordered drinks and found our that our server was 17 and could not serve them. When my husband finally got his margarita he ordered, he told me it was the worst he'd ever tasted. Speaking of taste, when our food FINALLY arrived, it was the most bland food I've ever had. Everything tasted the same to us. I wanted to order flan to go and guess what? They didn't have any. I feel this restaurant was not prepared for the Cinco De Mayo crowd they had either. We will not be...
