I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich without the bread today. I was told by the BK representative manning the drive through window that I would receive 2 pieces of bacon and egg. What I received was 2 1/3 pieces of bacon and egg. I parked the car and walked into the establishment and spoke with the person who manned the window during my purchase and explained that it was deceptive and misleading to call the portion I received as 2 pieces of bacon. I asked for my money back, and he said I would need to provide my receipt. I said it was in the bag. That was odd given he had just taken my money 2 minutes prior. He was not customer friendly. He also said that the 2 partial bits of bacon I was given constitute the policy on how Burger King defines bacon pieces. When you look at the picture of the sandwich in the menu inside and outside, it does not look like the portion provided to me. The pictures represent at least two actual strips of bacon. In other restaurants, a piece of bacon is a strip of bacon and not a portion of a strip of bacon. It is disappointing that Burger King would short change the expectations of a purchase that is clearly advertised by their own menu as being something quite different. Bad business. Read moreDO NOT USE THEIR MOBILE APP! My fiance tried to pay with the Burger King mobile app, and absolutely nobody knew what they were doing. They claimed they never received payment and would not give him any food. When he got home, my account was charged four separate times for the amount of the original purchase he tried to put through. When trying to resolve the matter, we both received horrible customer service from the franchise, as well as their regional and cash management divisions. All parties refused to claim responsibility for the multiple charges, even though my financial provider confirmed that the payments were taken from my account by Burger King. Not even a single offer of some type of reimbursement. Still have not been refunded to this day, and have called multiple times regarding the matter. No intentions of EVER eating at this Burger King again. Worst customer service experience I have ever had to date. Could barely get a word in edgewise on the phone without being talked over repeatedly. Very sad, because we used to love eating at this particular establishment...

I called the manager & was told to return for a replacement meal. I decide to get a refund as I was so aggravated at this point so handed the employee at the drive thru my receipt. When the manager heard I was asking for a refund he curtly asked for my receipt. I explained the employee already had it. He then gave me my refund & in an extremely hateful tone said here's your money. Have a nice day! This was handled completely unprofessionally. Needless to say I will never darken their doors again.
