If I could give no stars I would. I drove 20 minutes to pick up dinner to go. I ordered one meal and one A La Carte item. It was bagged and wish I would’ve checked while I was there. I was missing all the sides and didn’t know until I got home. When I called the lady was rude and said “well I’ll give you a side of rice and beans since that’s really all you’re missing” I was missing those things and guacamole and pico and sour cream and had spent $29 and left a tip of 18% and drove out of my way. We went during a time between lunch and dinner. Food is really good. Servers were preoccupied with personal call, so we had to wait for over 10 minutes. We were the only customers there. Service ( taking our order, getting more drinks, don't really check on you during our meal, had to wait over 5 minutes to get a "to go" box. But the food is worth any wait!!! Food tastes AMAZING. Very disappointed with the service. Gave us the wrong food, no water refills the entire meal, and despite ordering a large $10 cheese dip, no chip refills (we had to use our kids fries in substitute for chips). The only time they came back to the table was to give us our bill and boxes for food. Food is decent however just expect no one to come back to the table. It would have been different if they were busy but there was only a couple other tables filled. They actually were sitting down on the other side of the restaurant within view. Very disappointed.
