Son of a gun.... 😋 Wow so I have wanted to try this place for a long time now, have driven by it many times but today finally decided to grab some lunch, so glad I did. I saw a post for a sausage jalapeno BBQ sandwich special and it had my husband's name all over it, I ordered that and a small order of pulled pork nachos! We both took our first bite and was like wow that's good 🤤 the best we have ever had. It was beyond perfection and prices are not bad either. We will be back and recommend this place...

The wife decided to surprise me with the Smoked Cheddar Jalapeño Sausage Sandwich. And she got the Nachos..... YALL I took that first bite and was like HERE TAKE MY MONEY!!!! PLEASE!!!! it was so freaking good. The Wife's eyes rolled back in her head thought I was going to have to call the medics......... That was the best BBQ I have ever tasted..... Well done Sir my hats off to you & will defiantly stalk your food truck any day of the week...I highly recommend...

I’m from Texas but if you live in the Rocky Ford area and haven’t been here you’ve been missing out or probably don’t know what good BBQ is. We had the 4 rib plate and the brisket nachos, both were phenomenal. Good meaty ribs, great bbq sauce, baked beans were the best ever as well as the macaroni salad. For the brisket nachos, they don’t skimp on any ingredients. Not a single dry chip. If I’m ever back in town I will definitely be...
