Don't waste your time. Ordered a Philly with onions extra cheese extra meat (chicken) no bread. The sale and do have chicken Philly and cheesesteaks on the menu. When the food came out I asked the cashier why was the chicken red because I had never seen that in a chicken Philly before. She was sweet and told me that it was good. Me and my daughter who had bread didn't like it because it was spicy and tasted like buffalo sauce. My daughter's bread was also too tough for her to chew. The chicken wasn't mixed in with the steak, so I thought it would be an easy fix because the steak was decent. My daughter goes back in to ask if he could fix it, he didn't want to. He saw that I was coming in so he met me outside and tried to talk to me as if I was stupid. Then kept saying I ordered something that wasn't on the menu when all I did was ask for no bread. Then he said well that's the reason the flavor is like that because you don't have bread or mayo you could've gotten rice. I asked him what sense did that make if I don't eat bread or mayo. He tried to justify that nasty mess. After he was done trying to make a point that didn't have a point, sounding very childish and causing a scene he refunded the money for the breadless Philly which was almost $13. I had spent $42.91 for me and my 2 daughters. Also, they don't know what popcorn shrimp is. He was very rude.
Update: after finally getting the chance to read the response. Hun since you obviously knew my name the entire even though you misspelled it in your original response (Netty). Why did you feel the need to refer to me as sweetheart while talking to me yesterday? I was clearly joking about the mushrooms because we were laughing about it. Sorry you can't take a joke. My daughter was never confused because she gave her food back to you as well, so that's a lie. As a matter of fact, it was her idea to take the nasty red chicken back. She didn't eat her "chicken philly" either. If she was so confused why did you have to remake hers? I ended up getting her Taco Bell and I went to Chick-fil-A a. She gave that chicken philly to my husband so he could see if we were tripping and just like we said that chicken might be meant for something else but not a chicken philly sir. I give credit where credit is due. You saying something is not on the menu because of someone asking for something that is on the menu but with no bread is crazy to me. I've never done a review this long but I needed this one to be very clear. You don't like to accept when you're wrong and trying to gaslight your customer for not liking something is not cool. I clearly said the steak was fine the chicken was nasty and spicy and shouldn't be for a chicken philly and was even nice about it when you were the one being an a**. It really would've been a simple fix but you made it more than it was. I never asked for a refund. I asked if the chicken could be replaced with steak instead smh. Telling me I should eat bread and mayo or that I should've gotten the chicken on rice instead and I was the reason it tasted like that as if I cooked it. I haven't eaten bread rice or pasta since 2017 and have never eaten mayo. It would be an ok place if it had a better manager. I give 5 stars where they are deserved. I've never been reported to Google for leaving my opinion or telling the truth about my experience. You're mad that you were rude the chicken doesn't belong on a chicken philly and therefore I gave you what fit...
Read moreThe food is usually good, but the service and food handling shocked me today. We ordered a few things adding up to almost $65. I ordered a cheesesteak All The Way, but I didn’t get that. Instead I received a plain cheesesteak. I assumed All The Way meant with everything on the list (tomatoes, lettuce, etc., but was told All The Way means cheese, peppers and onions. I brought the cheesesteak back, they took it to the back, no handwashing, opened my sandwich and added lettuce and tomatoes. I thought they were going to check and make sure the order was correct. They handed the same sandwich back to me as if I’d ever eat a reopened sandwich that everyone is examining, and the manager handling without washing his hands. The female at the counter explained there were in fact onions and peppers on the sandwich, but they were so small I came out of the comfort of my home to drive back out in the heat for them to remake another sandwich. So, I’m not sure how they didn’t understand my concern. I mean it was probably five bits, not slices of onions and peppers. I’ve never seen the lack of care and concern for food safety and customer service as I have seen since moving to Rocky Mount. The businesses do not care because people around here will continue to eat. When you give great service it deserves a review and when you give bad service or do something as crazy as hand me back a sweated out sandwich in an unsanitary way, it absolutely deserves a review and more importantly, a warning. I will Never visit this...
Read moreI gave a bad review stating & showing proof the food wasn't done, but this just wasn't the first time, so I thought with 1 review they would do better, but instead today I get intimidating slander with both male Supervisors telling me to never come back to their store again & it's not good business to write reviews, both Supervisors came off very unprofessional unpleasant and with perturbed attitudes. Here's a reminder the customer is right in your business I don't need to eat with you to gain a profit but you need customers to gain a profit, so the order of great customer service should be within you to establish, the oldest brother said I harassed when I said nothing at first but order my food, both of them came at me with slander I just defended my action for the review, so I will pray nothing of sabotage was done to my food today that they quickly gave me while telling me never to come back because of a truthful review, my advice to customers try someone else to eat because this chain of management thinks they can do food however they want with no...
