Jose's Mexican Grill Ferrum — Restaurant in Rocky Mount

I’ve been to the Jose’s in rocky mount so many times and I’ve never had any issues, always amazing experience! I was very happy to have a Jose’s in ferrum. I’ve been here twice, and both times I’ve had an issue with being seated, getting the correct items I ordered, and just overall being a timely manner for everything. Ferrum Jose’s could use a hostess stand so badly, both times I’ve been in, I’ve had to personally interact with staff to be seated. I stood and waited in front of the bar and 3 staff members walked right by me waiting to be seated. I had to walk up to a staff member to ask where I can sit and she said I could just sit in her section “I guess”. We sat down, got our drinks & food ordered, another couple came in and was immediately seated and got chips & salsa. while my party of 5 have been there for 15 minutes and we still didn’t have chips and salsa. I got up to ask another waitress and she seemed very annoyed that I asked her. Was missing a few items that come with the meal rice/beans etc. Overall, just not a good experience from when it opened to now on my part. I love Ceaser and I love Jose’s, but customer service, friendliness, and time management is all something I can only seem to get at the rocky...

Jose's in this area is absolutely amazing. We moved here from South Texas and was delighted to find a place that tasted even better than restaurants we had been to down there. Jose's definitely knocks it out of the park and anyone that's anywhere near this area must eat add any of their locations. You will not be disappointed. I was super excited to see this addition to Ferrum and stopped in for lunch. I got the arroz con pollo for $4.99 and a jalapeño margarita. The food was very good, it looked amazing. Our waitress Mary was great and did an excellent job. The interior was very nice and clean. They had a great tequila and bourbon/whiskey bar that I can’t wait to revisit.
