7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Rogers

I came here yesterday to get my coffee before work. I ordered the sweet and salty mocha. It was Saturday morning so I waited in line for over 10 min- once I get my drink I realize it’s too light and doesn't taste right. Which is what happened to me the time before this but I didn’t realize until I left. So I told them the drink isn’t right this time and they realized they forgot the mocha base and offered to remake my drink. Well once I got the remade drink I booked it to work assuming they wouldn’t mess it up twice in a row. Well I was wrong and the second drink tasted like a mocha pumpkin chai it was absolutely disgusting. 3 times I’ve been to this location that they have messed up my drink order. This is the only 7b that i have been to that gets my drink wrong every single time without fail. The one time that i chose to say something about it the girl working chose to tell me that i was wrong and out of place that’s how they always make the drink. i ended up having to drive to the location on walnut just for them to tell me that the drink was in fact wrong and that they had used half the amount of syrup they should. Every time i go to this location i leave unhappy and it’s the only store i have seen that is not living up...

I love 7 brew hands down. But this location forgot to give me change. Got sidetracked with them loving on my doggie. I left got my son, and realized I they didn't give me change. Went back, and they made me feel horrible, like I was trying to cheat them. I try always to a good person. I asked for the manager number or to leave my number.
