Red Barn Donuts — Restaurant in Rogers

I’ve been coming to this place for a long time. Every Sunday morning for years. But over the last 6 months something has changed. The service sucks, the friendliness has disappeared and food quality has dropped. I keep going back thinking it’s just a temporary deal as every establishment goes through phases. But today broke the camel back. For 3rd week in row I was ignored at ordering by two employees literally stared at me and walked away. Finally the girl came up and took my order. For the 3rd time in a row my order was wrong, missing items, or plain cold. When you order a sandwich with egg and sausage and it’s delivered just two slices of a cold bagel with nothing g between it really? The B&G was cold and the biscuits were hard as a rock. The dozen donut holes had a total of 4 holes in the bag are we getting that cheap? If so the prices aren’t reflecting it. We drive a long ways just because this place has been great but I won’t be back after the last few months of really unsatisfactory food and shady service. Maybe it’s just a Sunday crew as that is day I come. But I won’t for awhile. Hope these issues...

Comfortable, local, quick.. and yummy donuts! Dine in - Lots of tables with plenty of room. The inside was perfectly clean. There was a drive thru and the walk-up counter was easy and quick for those grabbing breakfast on the run.

Drinks options - I appreciated they had a big selection of ice cold bottled and canned drinks (Even Hiland chocolate milk and white peach Red Bull!)

Accessibility- the main entrance was a ramp, great for guests using wheelchairs, walkers, or strollers. The tables were well spaced and could have been easily adjusted to accommodate seating needs of your group.

Not sure what happened to this place, but the food has gone down hill and the prices are up. Since the new owners have taken over it’s just not the same. The first time I ate in the restaurant after it went to new management, I took me and my children in to sit down and eat breakfast. The food was OK, but I did not get my complete order and when I asked them about it, they more or less made me feel like I was trying to lie to get free food.. After the hassle and finally getting my food, they were still asking for money so I gave them more money after paying $40 for about six croissants and two donuts and a couple of drinks.. I thought maybe it was just a one time occurrence went back a couple more times both times were bad experiences. Don’t plan on eating...
