We called in our order and I specified exactly what I wanted on my sandwich and also made it clear that I wanted nothing else but what I had told the one taking my order & even repeated what I wanted & didn't want on it and he didn't bother to repeat the order back to me and make sure he had gotten it correctly before he told me how long it would take to fix it and then hung up without getting a name or phone number either then when we got the order and left after we got down the road, I opened my sandwich and didn't think to check it before I took a bite and it is a good thing I don't have any food allergies because they didn't listen to anything I told them I didn't want on it and had put everything on it that I said I didn't want & did want except the green peppers. I called and complained about the mistake and they did fix me a new one correctly and it was right but considering that I was halfway home and had to go all the way back & even though I took my time to give them the time to get it done before I went back to get it, it was still not ready yet and it took a while before it finally did get done and most places would have not only fixed a new one and not taken forever to do so but would have refunded the money for it or offer one for free on my next visit especially considering that I had to drive all the way back then also wait forever for it to get done when I had taken more than enough time to have it done before I got back to get it. And it's the only Giovanni's I have ever been to that doesn't have any A1 or steak sauce of any kind. Normally I don't have any issues with Giovanni's so I didn't rate it as low as I would...
Read moreI love giovannis! Unfortunately every time I place an order (which is quite often) it is always messed up. I’d write about every experience but there’d be too many google probably wouldn’t even let me. I’m an understanding person and easy going on fast food workers. But every time? At this point it’s poor service and laziness. The past few times I’ve ordered an Italian sub they’ve forgot the sub sauce that comes with it (or the sub didn’t have any lettuce onion or tomatoes?). Even when I specify I want the sauce they STILL forget it. I went tonight for the same thing and they forgot the sauce for the fourth time. We went back to get it…. And they tried to charge us for the sauce… and didn’t even know what sauce we were talking about. At this point it may be a management problem along with the poor service of kids. Read moreI drove by yesterday 7/11/2018 an saw an advertisement on the sign out front for a special, when I got home an called to order it I was told that they didn’t have that special. I stated to the individual on the phone that it was on there sign out front I was told to hold on while he check the individual got back on the line an said there isn’t a sign out front with that on there so of course I didn’t order. Feeling as if I might have miss read it I drove back up to the store am sure enough there it was plain as day on there sign, now I don’t order but 2 or 3 time a month for there an my orders are usually $50.00 or more due to having 6 people in the home but I can Guarantee this I will not order from this store or any others no matter where I am.
