Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Romeoville

There should be a zero star function. Worst service ever. I ordered 2 pizzas,a dessert and 4 marinara sauces. I received 1 pizza and 9 sauces. When I called to get my money back, the girl answered "hello". WHAT? Who answers a business line with hello? Shouldn't it be "Thank you for calling, how can I help you"???? I asked for my money back and the person on the phone was unable to reverse the transaction. Now i have to go into the store, find the manager and make sure my $52.00 is refunded. Thanks for wasting my time. If your reading this, I suggest you call one of the local pizza places in Romeoville. If your reading this and your the owner, feel free to call me. I would be happy to expand on my complaint and how calling your establishment was a colossal waste of time and a huge inconvenience as it is Saturday night and I am trying to...

Update 12/23: After I informed them I threw away 80% of my $50.50 order. They offered me a free pizza. Thanks, all I really wanted was something else made and delivered by the same incompetent employees that couldn't get anything right the first time. Keep the pizza, if I can't get my money back, I'd prefer the reminder of the single worst delivery experience I've ever had.

12/17: This last time was terrible, completely erased any good deliveries before. It was delivered 45 minutes after it said it was out for delivery, so everything was cold. Put the dipping sauce on top of the breadsticks inside the bag. Then put something on top of the bag, so it was smashed and sauce leaked out, and completely inedible because it was freezing cold. I ordered from here 02-27-2021 two large pepperoni cheese pizza when i received them I had a group of hungry kids who was eating them but I heard them saying it tasted dry so when I ate one I noticed there was no tomato sauce. Who do not tomato sauce on a pizza. I could understand if I didn’t ask for it, but that wasn’t the case. I called up there and spoke with the manager just to let him no he refused to hear what I had to say he said oh no mam there is tomato sauce, first I said nicely no it’s not he kept replying that it was.
