Caporaletti's Pizza — Restaurant in Rootstown Township

Wonderful food. Pretty poor flexibility. We live 7 minutes from the business and have ordered pick up multiple times. If you’re picking up then i can’t say nicer things. I called and asked if they would make an exception to their online order prerequisite. They were short and unprofessional. Hard to believe that a business that’s less than ten minutes away refuses to deliver but here we are. I reiterate the food is phenomenal. The website is very poorly made. The distinction between the menu and ordering screen was not linear. Tried calling, but the line was busy. The biggest issue is how they make you put in a credit card. I had to enter all or my information three times. I wanted to pay with cash, anyways. One problem with the website is the menu makes no reference to gourmet or Italian on the regular menu, but expects you to know the difference when ordering. Who ever was working the front counter on 12/27 (woman) just want to tell you that you are very rude. Might want to pay attention to what you are doing as you almost gave away a free large pizza! You also might want to try being kind to people as you never know what they are going through. Being as I just had my dog put Down and have been in a very sad state.
