3 of us went for Dinner after seeing FB ads, one ordered Ice Tea, sweet tea, Waitress said we donāt have Sweet Tea, OK, Iced Tea ordered. When the three drinks we ordered were brought to our Table, we asked for SUGAR for the Tea..Eventually the Waitress dropped off 3 pkgs of SWEET & LOW, it is not Sugar! The next time she passed our booth, we told her the pink packets were artificial sweetener, could we please get SUGAR packets. She looked at us like a Deer in headlightsā¦.ummm, āI donāt think we have thatā š³ we asked her to ask any other Staff where SUGAR was kept. When we were finished with our meal, and the glass of Tea was almost empty, she must have finally found out where the SUGAR was kept. Iām quite sure that other patrons have asked for SUGAR before. The highlight of our dinner was the āroller coaster boothā we were seated at, right about Center on the Lake side of the buildingā¦.the booth must not have been screwed down at all. About every 5 minutes, when the 2 adults at the connecting booth would move, our entire seat that was connected to that booth, rocked and rolled, never knew when it was going to go up and down, with a slamā¦.certainly couldnāt try to drink a cup of coffee or try to eat soup, ā¦.. trying to dip a French Dip sandwich into the au jus, was risky at best. May I suggest that every booth or seat should be sat in by someone on staff, so patrons arenāt stuck on a roller coaster of a slammed booth, or a rocking table or unleveled or loose seat back. And please introduce serving staff to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ate here over the holiday weekend. Very busy. They will take your name and number to text when your table is ready. We stood for about an hour to be seated. Was told 45 minutes to 1 hour wait. Other people coming in were told anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours, depending on the party size. There is no room to stand. Just the hallway, but that was where the employees come in and out of part of the kitchen where the sliding barn door is. Unfortunately, I have a hard time sitting at a high top table, but that is where we were seated. Took a long time for the waitress to acknowledge us. Got our drinks, order an Appitizer. Then, we placed our order and never got the appetizer before the dinners came. Waitress completely forgot it. She never came and asked us how we were doing or to check on us. Very disappointing. Fish dinner, cod, was delicious! Large portions. Tartar sauce was good too. I loved the fries. They were big, like steak frys but thinner with seasoning on them. Did not like the coleslaw. No flavor or more on the sour side. As the fried cod pieces sit on the thin paper on your little tray, the paper gets soggy and will start to tear, and you may accidentally eat some. Yes, we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExactly what you want from a bar/restaurant: fast service, hot food, good beer. This is the fastest I have ever been served in a restaurant.
We sat down, promptly received menus and silverware, and were told our server would be there in a minute...and she was.
We ordered craft beer on draft, had it on our table in less than 5 minutes, ordered our food, and had our apps in less than 5 minutes. Apps were spicy fried green beans with a sweet chili sauce and loaded tater tots. They were so hot that we sipped our beers for a couple of minutes and then our food arrived, we ordered the traditional sliders to share. No kidding, we went from sitting down to having drinks and all of our food in less than 15 minutes!
The place was nearly full when we arrived and a wedding shower party of around 20 people cam in right after we sat down, so we were pretty impressed with the service!
Food: perfectly cooked, hot, and so yummy! The sliders were bigger than usual and not greasy or soggy. They had a good sized patty, fresh toppings, and the house made yum yum sauce is great. In fact, so good and so fast that I forgot to take any pictures!
We would definitley go back if we're in...
