My husband and I use to always love going here taco tuesdays were always the best. We stayed away for a while because the service has been very mediocre but decided to try it again this past week with some friends. At first our waitress was great, we got our drinks and appetizers pretty quickly. Our second round took a little longer and although the waitress refilled everyone’s beers at the table she never once refilled my water, and did not come around enough for me to ask for a refilll. We waited quite some time for our food and when it was brought out only 3 of us received our meals and a different waitress explained that my husbands food would be out in a couple of minutes. We decided to start eating thinking his food would be out shortly. Beginning our meals our other friend said his food was cold, but no waitress came by to check on how we were doing so we continued to eat. 20 minutes later my husband still did not receive his food, and no one had came to communicate with us about the status of his dinner. We had mostly finished our food at this point, so we opted to not except his meal which never even came out and they comped that on our bill. However as we walked out one of the two waitresses we had through out this awful experience was enjoying her dinner which she was able to get, but we as paying customers were not able to get all of our food. One of the worst service experiences we have ever encountered.
