Eduardo's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Roseburg

This was my first and last time at the Eduardo’s taco shop in green in Roseburg or I went through the drive through the lady said order whenever you are ready so I started to order and nobody was there I said hello 4 times the lady then got rude and said can u hold on in a very rude tone I was like whatever I ordered the 5 street tacos with no cilantro or onions xtra radishes well the picture shows radishes but they don’t actually have them what are street tacos without them and the lime . So I got home opened the box overloaded with onions and cilantro I am allergic to cilantro so my friend took them back down there to have them fix them and the lady shoved the box back at my friend and said it’s on her meaning myself because they are right now mind you there were 4 of us in the car that heard me order and she showed my friend the order screen where I ordered and it said no onions no cilantro they refused to fix them my friend had to pay again for more tacos just to get them right as he was waiting he pointed out to her the screen says no onions or cilantro and as you can clearly see there is both she said oh well it’s on her we aren’t changing them then he said to her this is ridiculous we will never order here again she looked at him and laughed and said oh well so he said I am not going to leave a good review and she laughed in his face for the amount I paid for the food for the 4 of us then all this on top of the food being not so good it’s a massive thumbs down for me none of the 4 of us will ever go back. They are located in a Chevron gas station but don't let that stop you. We have been here twice now in both of those were to grab something for dinner. Both times the food was really really good. The first time my husband had the (5) Roll Taquito Supreme and I had the fish tacos with rice and beans both were hot, fresh, and tasted great. The beans were probably the best I have had with flavor and consistency. Rice was cooked perfectly. The fish too. The second time I had the I had the (5) Roll Taquito Supreme because the bite my husband gave me was just that good and since he had it I didn't have to share 😁. They were really good. And this time my husband had the carne asada nachos supreme. Which this time he was not letting me taste. But he was going mmm after each bite. This is the most inconsistent restaurant. I got three things which were a burrito, quesadilla, and chips. 1. Ive never been to a restaurant and get directly asked from the cashier “do you want to tip” that’s an immediate no for me 2. They don’t have queso? What Mexican restaurant doesn’t serve queso? 3. The sides I did receive were guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. They all three were awful. Extremely liquidity? This was $30 and I got no rice or beans with either of the items I ordered. The quesadilla was good and the chips were good, but the burrito was mid. Essentially you pay too much for mid range food and then have cashiers begging for spare change? I’d rather have Taco Bell.
