Subway (Stephens St) — Restaurant in Roseburg

Wish I could give this a zero star had the worst experience ever... When we walked in we didnt even get welcomed and when it was our turn to order I seen a hair on a piece of cheese in the container I politely told the gentleman that it was there he didnt speak not even 2 words to me and grabbed a pair of gloves and removed the hair and then replaced the cheese back into the container.... It was so disgusting didnt want to eat there after but was hungry and in a hurry so went and ordered anyway but stayed away from that cheese ... He then proceeded to make our sandwiches and cutting the bread he smashed it all down with the knife till it looked more like a pancake than a sandwich and then when getting toppings he preceded to be rude saying WHAT ELSE WHAT ELSE.. And not one time did he apologize for any of it... I will never return to this subway...

Been going here regularly for years but tonight was literally the worst and most degrading service I've ever had. The sandwich maker Trevor was rude, angry, and belittling. He yelled at us to give him 15 minutes to make our sandwich, belittled us for not toasting our sandwich because in his words it would hold together better, then persisted to call us stupid for not toasting it. This nightmare of service didn't stop there. When I asked for the manager he rolled his eyes and refused to tell me. Finally telling me her name was Tracy and would be there tomorrow. I said thank you and he just said YEP and called me the f word under his breath.

Our sandwiches turned out to be sloppy mess that couldn't even be eaten without a fork.

I'm absolutely disgusted and horrified with this service. Subway...

Went to Subway for dinner. Normally a good experience, Not tonight. Here's a hint, most people like to taste the meat and veggies in their sandwich...Not just the mayo! My sandwich had so much mayo on it, that you couldn't taste anything but mayo. I wiped off close to 4 tablespoons of mayo and still it was coming out the sides when I tried to eat it. To the young man who made our sandwiches tonight, FIND A DIFFERENT JOB CAUSE YOU CERTAINLY CAN'T MAKE A SIMPLE SANDWICH!!! Update; Since the manager prefers to protect their employees, kudos for that, and the customer is in the wrong here, my only option here is to find a different store, where this young man isn't...
