I am angry while writing this , i went and ordered 2 big breakfasts , sausage biscut , steak and cheese only bagel , hash browns with all , i get to first window i paid thats normal , by the time i get to the second window to get my food that was after 2 cars ahead of me got their food , i get to the window and was told park at n0. 1 and we will bring it out to you , i waited and noticed 3 sets of cars pass thru while im still waiting to get my order , i go in and my order was still sitting on the counter , i ask about it and they handed the bag to me i looked and there was only one big breakfast after i ordered 2. so i had to wait for that while the food that was in bag to start with went cold . i use to work for mcdonalds years ago but the drive thru is suppose to be 45 seconds per car not 45 min. per car or any longer . need to hire people that first can comprehend english that is being spoken to them if not focus on the school system that supose to have taught reading and comprehensition , then maybe if that happens you would have people that can cook and have orders ready when ordered NOT park people to the side waiting its suppose to be ready , if you drop a rack of hashbrowns soon as it comes up drop another its sufficiency not stand there i know and go duh ..... what to do ...... / while im still waiting on my order and cold...
Read moreReceived a sandwich with a bun that was almost as hard and crunchy as a potato chip. Return the item not seeking to get it replaced cuz I was in a hurry just wanted to bring it to their attention. But decided that since I wasn't hurry I could call them over the phone to let the manager know what happened. Came upset with me that I left for giving them an opportunity to replace the sandwich and I felt it was rude of them to get upset with me. I was not seeking the new sandwich I was seeking to get down the road because I was in a hurry at which time the assistant manager informed me that this was not the first sandwich bun to make it out of the kitchen hard and stale. And apparently my shock to that was misinterpreted as anger and aggression and she started to get rude with me at which time I decided to turn around and have the conversation face to face and unfortunately I did get upset by that point I may have finally been a little bit loud and aggressive at which time I was told never to return to...
Read moreThe weekend management is really lacking organization of any sort. I went thru drive thru and every meal had overcooked fries. So I walked in to have them replaced, took 5 minutes for someone to help me with no one in line. When I asked about the fries I was told their oil was dirty and that would cause the fries to be the way they were. They then said they would make fresh fries. They did so, but let them cook 1-2 minutes past when I could see the alarm going off to pull them out. So fries were way overcooked again. When the manger brought me the burnt fries she said it was the oil again. When I said I saw the alarm going off for 1-2 minutes, she replied with i can cook them again "do you want to wait longer" in a short manner. Also while I waited I watched 3 orders come back in for mistakes. This is usually a great McDonald's, I really regret driving all the way across town to go to this McDonald's in particular.
