I’m the type of person that believe a good review only when the customer service Is superb, and the food is excellent! This family own crab shack. Customer service was top-tier very warm and inviting with excellent customer service skills. The crabs were so decadent nice and heavy. I really appreciate the time they took with me with the ordering process. This is a family owned and operated business and you can definitely get good quality crabs at a decent price. My daughter n I came in from a hard day and being MD girls we were craving steam crabs . We currently live in WV . It's a very small from what I understand a family business. I felt at home and the lady behind the counter was so friendly I felt a real smile finally. The place smelled incredible and the food ..steam crabs ....we're absolutely excellent. The rt amount of seasoning..perfect wt ..n the price was good for this time of you .very pleased with overall service from start to finish. I would definitely give more then 5 starts if I could. J and J's does not disappoint. Very competive pricing. Great seasoning! I'm not much on the chunky rock salt a lot of places seem to use, and they have a bit of heat in the spice as well. I've maybe gotten a couple bad crabs out of dozens. They're super friendly and have a quick turnaround (if you call on a weekday night it's like 30 min.) They're the small place behind North Point inn, nothing fancy, no hawking swag (at least that I've noticed), just good...
