During my visit to the Linden Burger King, I received prompt and courteous service from a shift manager. His exceptional customer service (Mike) continued until the end of his shift, including providing additional condiments as requested. However, subsequent service from a second shift manager, Ashley, was unsatisfactory. While my initial order was fulfilled, she refused my request for additional condiments with my second order, stating I had already received sufficient condiments. Despite explaining this was a separate order, my request was denied. My concern is not the lack of condiments, but rather Ashley's demonstrably poor customer service, which has been noted by other patrons. Service was VERY slow in spite of NOT having a long line of other customers in front of me. Additionally, staff was very SLOW in inquiring of my order. Read moreA drive through experience was reported to us. We also confirm that the service here is phenomenal. There was a request for us to take care a large bag from Wawa that was trash. The family asked us to take it. The garbage can used to be outside but was no longer there for some reason. So, naturally, we had to throw it out inside. When we had no choice to go ahead and do that, a personnel gave us a stare of death. The way we see it: if we are dining, it should be a pleasure to take our trash, use the restroom, etc.
