UPDATE OCTOBER 2022. I took a chance and returned to this location. It went from the worst to the best now. The staff was great. The food was perfectly made. It was a complete turnaround!!
Been going to this location for years. The last two visits are my last two ever. I always order ahead on the app and I always order combos, typically the cravings box. The past time, we made the mistake of pulling away before checking our order. We were missing 3 items, one random thing from each box, but didn't have the time to return. We did get all of our drinks without asking. This time (today), they gave us one drink three boxes. They gave me attitude and a look of disbelief when I asked for the other two drinks but agreed, and started to fill them. We took the time to check our boxes and found three items missing again. One cinnamon twist, one crunchy taco and one soft taco. I pointed out the missing items. Suddenly a girl came half way out the window saying she would have to charge me because my order was supposed to have a soft taco not a hard taco. I lifted the two boxes, each missing a taco and said I just want what I already paid for, but was not given yet. She immediately yelled " I'm the manager and you can get NOTHING, OK!, YOU can just LEAVE OK!" Then she slammed the window. Before I could leave she reopened and handed me a bag. It had one crunchy taco in it upside down. I just left. Still short of the soft taco and cinnamon crisps. Not a battle worth fighting, and not a place worth going if I'm going to get blamed for their incompetence and inability to follow a checklist...
Read more“ let me start by saying i never want to go through this again. my son order $35 worth of taco bell from 133 E ST. GEORGES AVE, ROSELLE NJ, through the taco bell website (not uber eats). After about 20 to 30 minutes of no update, except the pending charge on the credit card, we called the store to see what was the hold up. A sweet young lady answer the phone and i explained what was going on. she said they never got a order and that she would talk to her manager, she came back to tell me that i could come in and they will “give me my food “ or i can call and wait on the phone for a solution. i decided it will be easier just to go to the store. I walked in around 3:30pm, reintroduced myself to the lady i was on the phone with, and she went to get her manager. He came out hollering and screaming telling me to call taco bell’s customer service. i was only trying to understand what was going on since i don’t speak english that well. i was asking for the lady that helped on the phone and the manager kept screaming that in that store you speak english and to just leave and call customer service. when i asked for his name to report him he said no and kept telling me to leave. i truly felt a racial profiled and denied service or atleast the human decency to have someone explain what was happening in a language that i can understand. i hope to get this resolved soon and i hope that manager faces consequences for being a horrible boss to his employees and a horrible...

When asked if they had certain things the young ladies just said nonchalantly no... and just walked away from the counter... this is no way to serve the General Public. I asked for a small empty cup the young lady told me a a empty cup would cost $1.79. It was her actions she just rolled her eyes and walked away from the counter there was no need for her to act like that, I just needed a cup I was willing to pay for it but not a dollar and $0.79 for a empty small cup. That particular location needs to be analyzed and check on from the head office.
