Numerous times I’ve witnessed one particular female manager be rude to customers and treat them with disregard, including myself.
On one particular incident, you could sense all the onlooking customers anxiety because of the managers treatment of a customer. It felt very toxic.
Often times in the very late afternoon, service is non existent as you can hear the employees chatting loudly in the back. I have literally called this particular store from my cell for counter service while standing at the store counter. They can’t hear you otherwise.
The donuts are good as always, however the sandwiches are very inconsistent. It depends on who is working that day.
Some of the employees are great at their job, in particular a couple of the teens.

I had one of the worst customer experiences at the Dunkin’ in Roseville, MN. I paid for my order, but when something was missing, the employee at the drive-thru was extremely rude and dismissive instead of helping me. When I tried to explain the issue politely, I was treated as if I was lying. That is completely unacceptable.
I reached out to Dunkin’s corporate office, and although they apologized and offered a $5 gift card, no real action was taken regarding the disrespectful behavior of their staff. A simple gift card doesn’t fix a serious customer service problem.
This location clearly lacks proper management and training on how to treat paying customers with respect. I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ and hope others think twice before visiting until they make serious...
